Best coffee in Lincoln. I think I have been in every coffee establishment in town and this is my favorite. Cannot speak for the smoothies because I make mine at home, but if you want great brewed coffee, this is the place. They also have my favorite baked treat in town — the blueberry scones are fabulous.

Great place for coffee & other beverages, wifi an friendly people. I’ve spent many hours and had dozens of appointments here. I consider it my South-Lincoln Office(NOT to be confused with Mid-Town at 33rd& O Starbucks or the North-Office at Cultiva at 37th& Holdrege across from East Campus of UNL). Not much for food service other than some pre-made wraps & sandwiches and smoothies.

Just stopped in to NuVibe Juice & Java after hearing it was under new ownership. The new owners were there tonight so how fortuitous was that! I hung out to get the skinny on what they had in mind for NuVibe and they have some great ideas. I’ve never been a smoothie person, I’m more into the coffee scene. But I did step out and try something new, which is unlike me to do. It took some thinking and a nudge from one of the new owners but it came down to deciding between a «Velvet Elvis» or a «Count Down» now don’t get me wrong the King rocks and the smoothie is a healthy version of the peanut butter and banana sandwich that no doubt helped him to the pearly gates! I settled obviously on the«Count Down» simply because I’m so indecisive and the fact that the smoothie base had sherbet brought back childhood memories of an icy treat on a hot summer day. The smoothie was unexpectedly DELICIOUS! How does one go wrong with Orange Juice, Strawberries, Banana and the magic memory maker Raspberry Sherbet. All fresh ingredients blended into frozen happiness. I’m not kidding I loved my smoothie! I understand why it’s called the Count Down, because I’m counting down to the next time I get one. They offered me a sample tasting of the gourmet coffee… Very good. This place is a bit out of my way but worth the jaunt. The healthy snacks look terrifyingly delicious. The Bumble Babies caught my eye they looked so good and I regret not picking one up for later. The treats are brought in from Open Harvest Natural Foods which is known for healthy goodness. Well worth your time. I was so busy studying the menu I didn’t even notice the outdoor seating area until I was ready to leave. I will update you on the changes and each and every smoothie and coffee drink I try. Stay tuned.!!

Great products and friendly service. The layout is a bit odd but provides privacy.

Even though I could make a smoothie at home, it’s more fun to try all the options at nu vibe. I often see people studying here and relaxing or getting work done, and I love their Trek smoothie with the grape nuts and granola blended it. The staff is young but they do a good job. Worth a stop if you’re craving a smoothie. I don’t really drink much coffee so I haven’t tried those drinks. Prices are pretty standard for 24oz– around $ 5.

Screw Jamba Juice(not that they exist in NE). This place is healthy, raw fruit, grapenuts, oatmeal, you name it, they have it. Fast service, and when you drink your drink your teeth don’t feel like they are dissolving away.

Meh. Brewed coffee not very good, Lattes and other special drinks are terrible(partly because they are made incorrectly). Food is actually pretty decent. Atmosphere is good, but there are signs all over signifying their lack of funding(«ABSOLUTELYNOOUTSIDEFOODANDDRINK we are a restaurant and this is the only way we stay alive is by you buying our products») Refills are $ 1.25 for large cups(you kidding me?) Overall cool place, bad coffee, cheesy-slightly rude-mostly unprofessional signs abound.

Stopped in for a cup of coffee. It tasted great but it wasn’t very hot. The person working the counter was so personable, I’d go back in a minute!

I am at NuVibe every day, and this place is great. My review is only for the staff and the coffee, which are both wonderful. I deducted a star because they don’t have enough goodies to choose from, There are muffins or scones sometimes, but I wish they had a larger selection. The staff is why I keep coming back. So many nice young people working behind the counter. They always have a smile for me, and they start making my coffee when I walk through the door, no matter how long the line is, so that it’s ready; and all I have to do is pay when I get up to the front. I work in customer service, and it’s nice to be treated how I treat my own guest.

Excellent soy latte, good coffee, reasonable decaf. Very good baked good and a fantastic place to sit and get some web time. They have a good range of fresh baked goods– scones are the best by far. We miss the demise of he Gelato bar tremendously though
