Great local hardware store, I’ll be coming here in the future for tools, etc. The staff are helpful and friendly, and gave me pointers for my questions and such.

Great customer service with a small town feel!
Associates here are super friendly and helpful! If you need help finding something or advice fixing something they go above and beyond with their customer care!
Their prices may be a little higher than big box stores but the convenience and service makes up for it!
They have a nice variety of products and the store is always well kept! I’m glad it’s back up and running after the year of being closed while cvs took over its building!!!

Love this store. Recently moved a few doors down, renovated, and re-​opened. The store is very clean. Parking lot is large & easy to get in and out of. Decent selection of items from lumber, pet supplies, building supplies, tools, to garden needs. You never know what you will find here. The thing that sets this place apart from other stores is the super friendly and helpful staff. If you need something, they will find it for you. If they can’t answer your question, they will research it and get an answer for you. The best customer service I have ever seen in a hardware store, for sure!

So glad this Ace is back open after a years wait. On the plus side, the workers are friendly. Almost annoyingly friendly as you can’t walk from the front of the store to the back without being asked in you need help three times! ha ha. But great, friendly people. Love the free popcorn and the new store looks great. They have a lot of differing things, but not a lot of choices.
On the negative side, it is pricier than a big box store. I bought a piece of lumber at Menards for $ 1.20 that cost $ 4.96 at Ace. But I go for the small town feel, and the friendly employees. I don’t mind paying more for convenience and superior customer service, sometimes.
