I ordered a photo from the Lincoln store’s website. I had to order a 20×24 in order to avoid cropping out part of the photo. The photo had to be processed in Omaha. An Omaha employee called to tell me the 20×24 image would be pixilated and asked me if I still wanted it. I asked if the photo could be made smaller to make it clearer. He told me no. Without having the opportunity to view the photo, I agreed to get it. When I picked it up in Lincoln, I was not happy with the level of pixilation or with the cropping(the subject’s feet were partially cut off.) The Lincoln employee then told me what size I should have ordered to avoid cropping problems(I wish the Omaha employee had told me this!) They refused to refund my money. The best they would offer is 20% off ANOTHER print. I will go elsewhere.

I damaged one of my 12×18 prints, so I called to see if I can reprint the ruined image. They had my photo saved from my original prints, and were nice enough to help me in my situation. Awesome service!

I came here to develop a roll of B&W film with one 4×6 per shot AND scanned onto CD. I had to wait a few days since they send it to Omaha to get it developed. Once I got it back, I picked a few out for them to print to 8×10’s, which is pretty cheap if done from CD… that alone makes it worthwhile to get them scanned onto CD($ 4). I do wish the photos came out with a touch more contrast, but I can’t be sure whether that’s because of the developing job, the film paper, or simply the brand/type of film I was using. But ultimately the 8×10’s came out looking good. I paired them up with identical black frames and hung them on my wall. They look fantastic, if I may say so myself.
