At Source we have Fresh, Fast, Fit Foods! Our goal is to provide our customers with the option to eat fit in a moments notice and on the go. All of our meals are prepared by our Chef and his Culinary team! Our Menu includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks, Desserts and Smoothies. With over 60 menu items we have a great variety of healthy choices. It includes gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and many other allergen free options. We also provide many vegetarian, vegan and customize-​able options including meal prep. Each meal comes fresh, never frozen with a full nutritional label. With a shelf life of 7 days it makes it easy to grab your meals for the week. Ordering options: in-​store, drive-​thru, and online!

History

Established in 2014.

Source. Eat Fit was founded in June of 2014 in Lincoln Nebraska. We opened for buisness in November of 2014 on 17th and Pine Lake. Our second location opened on 70th and Pioneers in Lincoln Nebraska on March 10th of 2016. We are family owned and operated!

One of the parts about working in Lincoln! This place has made it pretty easy for me to stay on track for my diet and fitness goals. Breakfast lunch or dinner. Staff is always very helpful and points out what’s new to the menu whenever I stop in.

Incredible food all healthy, portioned out for you. What can be better than that. I have done the 21 day challenge a few times and in totally dropped over 30lbs just by changing my diet and eating their food. Every meal is chef prepared and you can tell because everything is packed with flavor but healthy for you. I go in and pick up my meals for the week — saves me time and money when it comes to grocery shopping. Would recommend this to anyone in Lincoln or even outside since they ship. Lived in Dallas for a year and still ate their food :-)

If you have a large budget and don’t have the time to cook a meal that you want to be healthy, this could be a place for you. But every thing is pre cooked and then poor in the fridge like left overs. They say to just pop it in the «lazy mans tool» but to be able to enjoy it you have to doctor it up by ether making a sauce for most of them meals. Which just add that much more to what you spend on the meal. The prices start out at $ 12 going up to almost $ 20. This is just not for me. But I think there is a crowed for this concept.

This has the makings of a great idea. Lincoln needs a healthy, eating-​out option. Unfortunately, this place needs a lot of tweaking to make the prices worth it. First — eating in the restaurant is not comfortable. It really should just be take-​out. Secondly, the spices are really off. I’ve eaten here 3 times hoping for new results but every time the food (from all 4 family members) is drastically under-​seasoned (not just salt but any other healthy flavor/​spice/​herbs). Finally, it is not very pleasant to warm up your own meal in a microwave and then eat it out of plastic trays. On a good note — the little baked goods are yummy.

My mom and I have ate source everyday for the past 2 weeks and I love it! They have so many great vegetarian options and the dark chocolate pb truffles are AMAZING!!! I can’t even describe how wonderful this place is!

Very limited vegetarian/​vegan. Really need to have a chef trained in food that is heat to eat. The pad Thai lacked many things Broccoli was over cooked so no nutritional value. Peanuts not chopped and also salted (not typical pad Thai). Also noodles overcooked and clumped together. The carrots on top were sliced in half baby carrots from super saver by the looks of it. One sprig of cilantro? For nine bucks I was expecting more. Unless this place has a major change I would not recommend.
No vegetarian baked goods. FYI cheese is the poorest nutritional choice for any one and this place uses it on many items.

I’ve eaten three meals from Source. Eat Fit and enjoyed all three. The Complete Combo is the tastiest breakfast I’ve had in a while. The Chicken Salad was also good — try the lemon-​y dressing. The Chicken Salad Wrap was just a little dry, but still a good deal, IMO. And the Picnic Box is possibly my favorite snack of all time.
I like that each meal has calories and nutritional info on the label. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. There is a drive-​thru but I haven’t tried it. I think this is one of the best places to get lunch in Southwest Lincoln.
