Strawberry Springs Pool & Spa Inc

Strawberry Springs shows up to fix our Jacuzzi brand hot tub. The technician shows up and immediately I could tell he was stumped. He was unfamiliar with Jacuzzi brand, but in good faith I went and retrieved the service manual to help him. The technician can’t find the section he needs so I look it up for him. So, in short, I’m paying the technician to sit on his butt and thumb through the manual. Do you think Strawberry Springs could have mentioned they weren’t versed in Jacuzzi when I booked the appointment?
The determination was made that one of the pumps needed to be rebuilt. So the pump was rebuilt and I was told everything was fine. I get home and try to turn it on and nothing happens. I call them up and schedule a follow-​up. The technician comes out and the second pump needs to be re-​built and the circuit board is now bad. So I pay for the second pump and a new circuit board. All of that is replaced ($$$) and I’m told all is well. I ask why the control box is leaking and the technician is like «what?» I point it out to him so he has to make another appointment to fix that. Once the technician returns he fixes the leak but breaks the selector switch. (at this point I’m losing my mind). To their credit they replace the broken switch at no cost. However, when I turn on the tub the front two seats have excessive force coming out of the jets and the back two seats have no jets working at all. I turn the selector switch and the waterfall turns on… which has its own button and shouldn’t turn on… and still no back jets. I call up Strawberry Springs and explain it to them and they are like «Gee, we have no idea why its doing that» (???) At this point, the last thing I want is them to return to fix. So, in the end, I spent $ 2K for a tub that still doesn’t work. I found an authorized Jacuzzi technician and in one visit the tub works great. Avoid Strawberry Springs!!!
