We are a family owned business that has been in Lincoln since 1951. We can perform all of your light, medium and heavy duty truck service needs including tire replacement, alignments, check engine light diagnostic, oil changes, engine replacement, etc with our ASE certified technicians. We also have our own in house retread plant to handle all your retreading needs. We have an excellent tire selection and are the exclusive dealer of the only all-​weather tire made in the world. History

Established in 1951.

Walker Tire is family owned and the first truck center was located at 7^th & L street until 1994. This location was built in 1995 and includes four service bays, alignment bay, truck wash and a retread plant. We are one of the only independent retreaders in the midwest.

Meet the Manager

Rob B.

Manager

Rob came to work for Walker Tire in 1970 and worked in the service & retread department at the original truck shop at 7^th & L in Lincoln. Rob left in 1987 and came back in 1993 and has been managing the truck shop ever since. He helps take excellent care of his customers with his over 40 years of experience in commercial truck service and retreading. He has been ASE certified and certified by Goodyear, Bridgestone and Michelin. Rob enjoys hunting, archery, fishing and other sports in his spare time. He has a wife Barb and two kids, Autumn and Rusty.
