Established in 1984.

We have been in business for over 30 years. We work hard to do the best job possible since it’s our name that’s on each sealcoating job we do. We pride ourselves in the quality of our materials & the workmanship of our crew.

Each job we do is edged, cleaned, crackfilled and then sealcoated.

We test and make sure our mix has the right amount of sand and rubberizer added to our coal tar and then agitated in our tank before applying.

We began our business 30 years ago with a goal to satisfy the sealcoating needs of our customers. We’ve always made sure that each customer was treated with the same polite and professional manner and that our products were superior.

Our sealer mix is checked and approved for just the right amount of additives (sand and tarmax, rubberizer). We continued to expand to other related items for our commercial jobs too, signs, wheelstops & restriping.

I recently had Highland sealcoat my driveway and they did a fantastic job. Very neat and tidy job. My interactions with the office staff have also been very pleasant. I have struggled to find a business to maintain my driveway due to shoddy work or poor customer service, but I definitely have a solution now with Highland. We we definitely be using them again.

Regardless of industry, this is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. Polite, efficient, and dependable. Sealcoated our driveway this afternoon and did a wonderful job. Tremendous customer support in the office and neat, thorough work on the drive itself. This was our first experience with this sealcoater after dealing with a company for 25 years who’s customer service and performance failed miserably over the last couple of years. Turned out well for us as we discovered Highland. Highly recommend. Will use again.

This was the first time that I used Highland. The former company that I had used had gone out of business. I was having a party and wanted it done while I was out of town. Rachel and I had a great conversation and she said she could work me in on the day I needed it done.
My neighbor texted me and said it had been done and they did a great job!

I have been using them for 15 yrs and will not use any other Sealcoating
Company. Very professional, neat and respectful of your property. When the job is done you will not find sealcoating on your grass, garage door etc. as I have had from others. If you use them you will be very pleased.

After last year’s brutal winter and issues with my neighbors tearing up the drive with turnarounds, the owner came out and spent a great deal of time to figure out the best way to repair and protect. These guys are great. After a poor performance by another company last year, I decided to switch. These guys were less expensive and did a better job than my previous sealer.
They were on-​time, did a complete cleaning and began filling cracks that the other folks just ignored prior to sealing. Totally good job and at a good price!
