Do not go to this location! The first time I came here was midAM, they «ran out» of the muffin that was on my coupon (the free one that I wanted when I purchased a coffee that I didn’t need). This was a few weeks ago
Today I went to get a smoothie with a coupon from the DD coupon book, and he did not want to take it because they’re scanner is not working.?? Really?!? Regardless, don’t they have to honor the coupon?!
Never coming here again. I rather go out of my way to the one on Dempster.

We needed to kill some time before the mall and stopped into this location. We ordered the cookie dough and brownie batter brownies combo and a big n toasted. My sandwich was slathered in liquid butter and was not really toasted. The brownies were stale and one of them wasn’t even covered in sprinkles like the pictures. One could argue fast food never looks like it does in the pics, but every donut on the display rack looked better than the one that made its way into our bag. When I mentioned the donut was stale, the manager said it could not be the case because they just got them delivered that day. I might have believed it had I not just had the same donut in my office the previous day. It wasn’t stale…

About the only good thing about Dunkin’ Donuts is there coffee, at least in my opinion. If I’m going to get donuts I’m going to want to go to a gourmet donuts shop like spunky dunkers in Palatine or Fleckenstein’s in Mokena. I like their coffee because it doesn’t have a strong bite to it like Starbucks. It has a very smooth and easy going taste about it that doesn’t knock your socks off. This place in particular is connected to a Baskin-​Robbins 31 flavors. I think getting ice cream here is a rip off but not as bad as getting ice cream from Oberweiss. The parking lot is very small and sometimes it can be a pain in the butt to maneuver out of the parking lot when you have people ignoring the one-​way sign and going whichever way they please. Outside of that, the staff is friendly and the place looks clean inside.

Very bad service in the morning. The lady is always on her bluetooth in the morning and doesn’t open until 4:40a.m even though she has customers waiting outside. (mind you, DD is supposed to open at 4:30am)

We haven’t had power for a week thanks to our friends over at ComEd, but that’s another story. I was running late for work as the basement is now flooding due to ComEd’s lack of 20th century infrastructure. Already in an angry mood and not even 8am yet, I decided I would stop by Dunkin Donuts to cheer myself up with some delicious eggs and a donut.
However, after I asked for my double chocolate donut, I made a fairly reasonable request of the egg, cheese, and bacon melt — the one that there was a huge picture of right in front of me. The woman behind the counter replied, «No» and proceeded to take my money for the donut.
What. The. Fuck.
