Guberman, Benson & Calise is a boutique Law Firm centrally located in Monmouth and Union Counties, New Jersey as well as in New York. The firm represents clients throughout New York and New Jersey. Formed as a combination of each partner’s individual practice, our Partners have over 75 years of combined experience. Our staff and their dedication is unsurpassed in it’s excellence and professionalism.

Business Owner

Barry Guberman, Esq. is the head of our Real Estate Department, as well as leading our Trusts and Estate Planning Department. He is a longtime member of both the New York & New Jersey Bars.

Stacy I. Benson, Esq. is a member of the New Jersey Bar and has been practicing since 1989, with a focus on litigating Personal Injury matters, including Automobile, Slip and Fall, Worker’s Compensation, Subrogation claims and Commercial Litigation claims. She also handles all aspects of Family Law, including Divorce, Post Judgment Motions, Name Changes and Guardianships, as well as all aspects of Real Estate Law.

Albert A. Calise, Esq. has been a litigator on behalf of individual, small business and major corporate litigants throughout New Jersey and New York since 2003. His experience involves representing clients in Personal Injury, Administrative Law, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Consumer Fraud, and Municipal Court matters.
