O’Reilly Auto Parts

So i have gone to O’Reillys a handful of times and had good experiences. When my car was acting up recently and mom forced me to get a battery test, she drove me straight here. I always dislike going to auto shops and being lectured about my car but the employees get straight to the point. We were being assissted by an employee whose shirt read KC, which lead to my mom referencing kc and the sunshine band. KC was quick to help us with a smile and very kind, even with a busy register. My car ended up dying again down the street so we called O’Reillys back and KC told us to come in before he got off and he’d try to help a bit more. He had no problem lying on the oily and gross ground in the dark to check under our car. I know that its no big deal to some and that this is his job but he did not seem to be bothered at all with helping us and answering all of our questions, like ive experienced at other places. Overall the years and times my family has had to come here weve only had a handful of rough employees with okay customer service, every other time they take their time with helping us and never hesitate to look up or in the back for something weve needed. Def will be going back for my starter and the great customer service. I reccomed this place and my mother swears by it!

Though not my first rodeo to this store so I ha to create the Unilocal bookmark. This store is convenient and price comparable to other Chains, my experience has been only pennies to a couple of dollars. Price for running around is not worth my time.
You get 3 stars overall customer service often sucks as the workers on this occasion wanted to talk «shop» but had nothing to do automotive. They made me wait to pay for a simple item and when it was time to pay cash was hard to handle as if it has never been seen. Well it will not deter me from coming back with expectations that the stars improve.
