This place is filthy, I had the storage unit for 2 months until I moved into a new home. 3 weeks after came to get papers out of the unit as I was walking down the hallway it was a dead rat in the hallway, I told the guy he came and swept the rat up. And apologized, it wasn’t buy y unit so no concerns, didn’t see no rat droppings in or near my unit. So I thought I was ok. The next month I come to my unit. Down the same hallway I see a lot of rat droppings and my unit is 15 units away, the worst thing can happen, rats ate through my memory foam mattress. Urinated all on my king size mattress. The next day I moved out did a claim. Trashed all my mattress, And that was 3 months ago. Still haven’t heard from the head office. The storage specials was shaking his head, but didn’t want to say that this wasn’t the 1st time. So store at your on risk
