Firestone Complete Auto Care

I went for an oil change and to replace 2 tires on my vehicle. The car was dropped off at 945 which was only 45 minutes after they opened. I told the individual that I would wait for the vehicle and he told me no that I had to leave it because there were 3 cars ahead of me. Well, they proceeded to keep my car until 530 that evening. The person originally told me I would be able to pick up around 1230 – 1. I think it was totally unprofessional for them to take as long as they did to do the work. It completely derailed the plan I had for my day, on top of that I was unable to plan to have someone pick me up and drop me off which resulted in me having to walk 2 miles to and from my home. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.

I am sooooo happy Justin reviewed this car spot. I usually go to an independent spot by me so I can walk home after I drop it off. On Tuesday August 11 I had a quirky day. I got knocked off of work because of the rain so I decided to get my oil changed.
I woulda went to my spot but I was feeling kinda neglected when I called them yesterday about my tire & the owner told me I couldn’t come there because his guys have already packed up for the night. It was 4:48pm & they close at 5:30pm! So I was feeling some type of way. LOL. Soooo I’m kicking them to the curb for a new car care Boo!
And boy oh boy did I find him, them, it. You know what I mean. I called them & Juan answered the phone & said sure come right in. When I got there sweet sweet Jonathan came out to help me because Juan was busy attending to the phone & other customers.
Jon got me right in, did a thorough check of my car & even gave me a quote on my tires. I waited in their modest waiting room which is equipped with a TV, magazines, a coffee maker & I think I saw a drink machine. Did I? Now I’m not sure. Any who I chatted on my phone, Unilocaled & watched the goings on.
There are obviously a lot of regulars I watched Juan greet people by name, knew what vehicle they had, while answering the phone in an utmost pleasant & professional manor, while carrying on a conversation with his co-​workers, giving instructions & telling «War» stories. You know, guy shop talk. Which I totally get because I work with all guys. That man is an amazing multitasking pleasantly professional dude! Less than an hour my car was done & sweet sweet Jon had thoroughly explained what they did to my car, what my tire quote was about & all about the shop & how they roll. Open until 7pm?! Really?! Saturday’s & Sunday’s ?! And all that for just $ 29.32! I’m in love! With my new car care Boo! Thanks Juan & Jon!

Juan and Tom and the rest of the crew at this Firestone are the best. They have excellent costumer service and know what they are talking about. My latest car had a series of issues that needed to be addressed before it could pass inspection. I brought my car back to them with some of the parts it needed and they were able to fix and then pass the inspection on my car. I like that these guys are honest and up front about the issues going on with the car. They don’t try and sell you things you don’t need and they treat everyone with respect. I watched them explain to an older woman what was going on with her van. They were patient and kind with her showing her the respect she deserves because of her age.
All said and done I trust these guys with my car. I’ve been to other spots like the STS on route 110 and they almost destroyed one of my new cars. That won’t happen here at Firestone

I was worried they would take advantage of me because I was a woman but treated me great and always explained things instead of just saying I need this. I totally trust them with repairs.

Got a flat nearby. They helped me in a hurry as I was in a rush to get to an appointment. They diagnosed it in 2 minutes. Didn’t try to sell me anything. They got me in and out in 20 minutes. Best part was it was only $ 22. Thanks Freddie

They try to scam you for more money! I went there for an oil change and tune up. The man there said that I should concider getting new tires too. I would have considered this but I had my tires replaced 2 months prior and to add to that they were the ones to install them! I may look young but I’m not dumb

Ive been using this firestone for a few years now, so i felt like i owe them a few words .they are very accommodating here, i have never once called and them tell me they have no time for me today great customer service from some regular hard workings guys .i feel like i can trust them .and thats hard to find these days
