Got a baby cockatiel 3 years ago from Winging It Aviary and she has been healthy and happy since that time. Very knowledgeable and friendly people at Winging It Aviary. Highly recommended.

Great customer service! I ordered toys for my birds online. After not hearing anything for a week, I finally gave them a call. The owner, Carlie, was so professional and polite. He explained that he was out of state attending an Avian seminar and just got back yesterday. He said my items were out of stock and he wasn’t able to call to inform me.
As a courtesy, Charlie really went out of his way to offer one day delivery as soon as the toys were in stock. I say «out of his way» because I know he would be losing money with his offer.
The items arrived in a sturdy box and new in great condition. It seemed to be packaged with care. I don’t know if Carlie packaged it or his employees but whoever you are, thank you for the great job.
I am so amazed and satisfied with the overall experience. This was my first transaction with Winging It Aviary and it won’t be my last.
