Established in 1996.
Was a hotel in 1929 which was the center of the city of Lindsay. Was the first A/C hotel in the valley. Movie stars from Hollywood come here to rest and get away form the busy life in Hollywood. It is located in down town
city of Lindsay. Near buses, post office, bank and shoping stores. Every Friday form March until November there is farmers maket located infront of building. Which makes its nice for our tenants.
