I wouldn’t even give a star. I hired them to do my roof a couple years ago. They sub-​contracted it out to friends of theirs & the guy peed in our bushes, messed up our existing siding, didn’t complete underlayment, messed up tar strips & the flashing on my skylights. When my pregnant wife complained Dennis Marlatt was extremely hostile & abusive towards her. Told us the job wasn’t even worth what we were paying (which was full price mind you). I’m assuming he told his friend we were complaining & his friend then stuffed our gutters with roof debris & old nails & even tried blocking our gutter downspout with his caulk gun!
We tried to get Dennis to help, but he refused to admit or acknowledge there was a problem & never once even came to check it out! My wife had to call them 5 or 6 times to fix the skylights because the flashing repeatedly fell off. They once said they were going to have to charge us $ 300 extra for flashing materials & insinuated my wife was climbing on the roof to mess up the skylights on purpose. Are you kidding me?
We are still having problems with this shoddy workmanship years later. I recommend you steer clear of this company at all costs. Not worth the trouble & customer service is a nightmare.
