This business is horrible. I was getting married and was excited. I found them because they were near my home and priced low. I walk in and they had cats walking around there place of business. Then I book my limo well in advanced. My self and my bridal party get picked up,(Keep in mind there is 9 of us), less then 5 minutes down the road, there vehicle breaks down. The driver was incompetent and did not know what to do. Finally about 30minutes of sitting there, another vehicle comes and picks us up. This vehicle can only fit 8 people. I had to sit on top of my girls in this small ass vehicle. I was late to my own wedding… I wrote a message to the company and heard nothing back… terrible company!!! I will NEVER use them again and neither will anyone I know

Let me just say that I created an account just to review this company because of how unbelievable my experience was… in a bad way. IT GETS GOOD AT THE END!
First things first, the limo showed up early which was a good start. However, it’s headlight was out, a lot of the fiber optic lighting was abused and not working. The speakers inside the Limo were all blown out except two in the very back making it hard to enjoy any music. The company told me there would be an aux input which to my surprise there wasn’t when they arrived so I had to burn CDs which didn’t even matter because the speakers were blown. Awesome party limo if you’re going out with all your deaf friends!
TALK ABOUT A SECTION 8 LIMO…
The inside was very outdated and unpleasant. The privacy window didn’t work and oh the biggest one… NOOO HEAT! it was warmer outside than inside. Im talking a February night in MARYLAND… the inside of the limo was ideal living conditions for penguins. The girls all had thick jackets plus the guys jackets to try to find comfort which didn’t exist. I should’ve brought Hennessy and portable heaters to stay warm. The driver also missed all the exits and took his good time getting to each stop that he caused us to be 2 hours late, and charged us overtime, then asked for cash tip at the end AS I WAS GETTING EVERYONE OUT OF THE LIMO AND INTO MY HEATED CAR BC I HAD TO TAKE EVERYONE HOME SINCE HE MISSED ALL THE EXITS.
HERES THE BEST PART… I had a GoPro with us that night which ran the entire night when we were in the limo… and when we weren’t. To my surprise when going back, the driver was caught on camera saying slurs and being prejudice about our group. He then went on to tell whoever he was on the phone with that he was going to purposely take the longest way possible and use up our time so we are late and have to get charged more. He was extremely two faced. HE ACTUALLY SAID THAT! HE WANTED TO MAKE US SUFFER.
Went to speak with Sean the manager (LOL)…who said he’d not offer a refund for the night but «give us a couple hours out on the town another night»…right bc that’s what I’m looking forward to after I recover from frost bite and pneumonia… And then went on to say that «all the controls were disabled bc you guys were under aged/​young» EVERYONE WAS OVER 21 and drinking (which was obvious bc most of us were 25 or older) BUT IM SORRY WHEN DID YOU HAVE TO BE OF AGE TO HAVE HEAT?!? AND IF YOU THOUGHT WE WERE MINORS YOU WITNESSED ALL OF US DRINKING AND DIDNT SAY ANYTHING?
I’m sorry if you suffered like my friends and I but if you do ever use this service make sure you tell them you’re 21 or older so you can have heat. This company deserves to be reported to BBB and taken to small claims court, which if any of you guys would like to know is a $ 5000 compensation limit in Maryland. Costs you $ 24 bucks to file the report and they are not allowed to bring a lawyer with them. It’s obvious this company was the result of a guy who bought a couple of old limos from Craigslist to make a couple bucks and doesn’t know anything when it comes to running a business or customer service.

Worst limo service ever. Sent 2 limos that broke down, which in turn had us 3hrs late for the wedding. After the 1^st limo broke down we asked if they had another hummer to send us (the contract was for 2 hummers). The owner of the company informed us that they didn’t have another one, so he wld be sending something else. When we pulled up to the limo shop after the 2^nd limo overheated, low and behold what limo are we rushed into? A second hummer, which we had been informed they didn’t have. All stretched out doesn’t even deserve 1 star, in fact they deserve to be shut down and reported to the better business bureau. This is not how a business should be run. To add insult to injury, several of the bridesmaid dresses were stained by some substance in the carpet of the first limo. So all in all we were left 3hrs behind schedule on everything, which left us unable to even take bridal party pictures at the park (the light was gone), and everything planned for the reception was rushed. I’m still so livid, I will never forget this name, never recommend it to even an enemy and never again do business with such poor excuses for owners.

I’d like to thank All Stretched out Limousines for their professionalism, great customer relations and prompt service the night of my friend’s bachelorette party. Shawn, the owner was great to work with, and James, the limo driver, was down to earth and responsible. My friends and I had a fantastic time, and were able to thoroughly enjoy the evening knowing we were in safe hands, and with plenty of luxurious space in our SUV limo! I would highly recommend All Stretched Out Limousines to anyone looking for a quality limousine service. Thanks again!

Do not make a mistake in working with these people. Just read the other reviews. We paid for 25 kids to have a party bus to take them to their senior prom. Long story short, the bus never came. 25 kids stranded in the dark at a golf course. eventually, 2 very small vans showed up and started shuttling kids to the prom with only an hour left of the dance. no explanations, no refunds. in fact, they stopped answering the phones all together for about a week.

we bought a living social deal for a round trip transfer from the airport. Our limo did not show up to pick us back up. We were stranded at the airport with our infant daughter and no ride home. It cost us $ 150 to get Über to take us home. The owner Sean has not even called us back to make sure we were OK, tell us that he’ll pick up the check for the return home or even call to apologize. We prepaid in advance so we’ll have to file with our credit cards to get our money back. Apparently they made a mistake on the time they were supposed to pick us up even though I confirmed with them on the day of the pickup through email. Our actual driver, Larry, could not have been sweeter. I wish he worked for a better company.

Terrible company, lurches a Living Social deal for a ride to the airport about 15 miles for $ 86 then charged charged an additional $ 93 for gratuity and tax. Very misleading and I can’t believe Living Social does business with them. Complete scam!

Wow, it’s really amazing to read the reviews and see everyone else has had exactly the sam problems. I’m only sorry I did not read them prior to my experience. I also used a Living Social coupon for my trip to the airport for which the price doubled after the gratuities and fees were added. When I questioned the gratuities being discretionary I was told this was the only way to hold my reservation. In truth it was the way to get my credit card number. Although I questioned about how to handle my return trip I was told not to worry about it would all be taken care of. Reality: the plane was late, I was charged an additional hour on the credit card that they now had, and I was never notified of the charge, When I talked to them about it I was given the run around since of course everything was my fault. Keep in mind I gave the driver an additional tip on top of what was already tacked on and my party sweated half to death during our travel as the ac was not working. Unbelievable experience. Live and learn. Never again, next time I’ll pay to park at the airport.

We purchased a living social deal for a round trip limo ride to BWI for under $ 100. I figured with the cost of parking at the airport, the added expense was worth it. Turns out, the deal didn’t include tax or tip.
How much is tax and tip you ask? Almost another $ 100! It no longer looked like such a great deal when the price doubled. A $ 10 fuel fee and around a $ 35 tip each way! Quite an insult, especially when we live less than 20 minutes from the airport. That’s right, we paid over a dollar per minute for the driver, and a fuel fee for using less than a gallon!
Communication: Horrible! When I scheduled the appointment the receptionist told me she would send me a confirmation email. Two weeks went by, no email. I called again and asked for another email be sent. Again, no email. After a few more days went by, I called again and finally received my confirmation email. It was then I asked about the fees and if the tip could be lowered with such a short ride. No surprise, I never received a response. They definitely need to work on connecting better with their customers.
The only good thing I can say about them is that our ride arrived early and ready to go. The inside of the limo seemed a tad outdated (and extremely hot on the return ride), but it served its purpose. If it wasn’t for all the bs beforehand, it would have been a decent experience.

They are complete scammers! I had a groupon and they tried to charge an extra 189 dollars for «mandatory tip» and fuel charge– neither of which were included in the fine print of the groupon. DO NOT USE THEM!

The driver was early and we were waiting for a friend who was running late. Felt rushed and he complained, granted we were taking his time. But I believe it is policy they have to wait until everyone as arrived before leaving.
Paid for the service ahead of time in which the rep told me several times «the tip is included» in the cost. By the end, the driver said «what about my tip,» while we thanked him and were walking away. I said the guy told us it was included in which he gave me a dirty look.
On top of all this my friend left his brand new smart phone in the limo. He called the company and they were rude to him claiming they had no idea what happened to the phone. It turns out my buddy saw several games (in spanish) purchased in the App Store on his account the next day. One can only guess that the driver got his tip.
Bottom line, these guys are awful

All Stretched Out will probably buy Unilocal off and have this review removed before too many people can read it, but they are a complete fraud. Our limo showed up with no a/​c and a driver who had no gps and no idea where he was going. We got out of the limo in the middle of the city (not where we were intending to go) and just cancelled the service after he’d been driving around for 30 minutes lost. To date, it has taken about 5 months to get the refund that was PROMISED to us on that date. Sean, the owner or manager, has promised it multiple times and I have yet to see the money actually be refunded to me. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

The driver arrived 45 minutes early and waited patiently at the event location for instructions. He even walked inside and discretely passed his card to the event staff who managed to get it to me.
After a nightmare situation with a separate limo company earlier in the day this was a refreshing sigh of relief for me. Thank you very much James!
