At All Creatures GREAT and small Pet Sitters we treat them like family while in our care:)

Our loving care services include verbal and physical affection, exercise, feeding according to your pet’s needs and schedule, fresh water, walks, potty breaks, and playtime. We also administer medication, clean litter boxes, brush their coat and as a courtesy, we will pick up your mail, papers and packages, alternate lights and blinds and take your trash to the curb to make your home lived in. Several care visit options are available.

In home pet care provides a low stress alternative to unfamiliar, loud and chaotic surroundings of a kennel, day care or boarding facility. If you think about it from your pet perspective, being put in a kennel even for a day, can be terrifying, traumatic experience, not to mention the possible heath risks.

History

Established in 2005.

I have always had a passion for the creatures of the world! The first professional experience I had was when I was 12 years old. Being the first volunteer at Willowbrook Wildlife Haven in Glen Ellyn, gave me many years experience caring for a variety of wildlife … from baby raccoons to the might injured hawks! That passion never left throughout the years. I did my thesis paper on Pet Therapy for my bachelor degree. When my sons were young, we would visit the local nursing home with our pups, bringing much joy to all! Then at the right time in life, I started All Creatures GREAT and small Pet Sitters :)

Business Owner

Ever since I was a young child, I had a heart for all creatures great and small. I was the first volunteer at Willowbrook Wildlife Haven in Glen Ellyn:) As I grew older, I was torn between caring for creatures or people with disabilities. I did receive my BS degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Southern Illinois University and a Master in Public Health Administration from Benedictine University. I enjoyed my work with people in need until I started All Creatures Great and Small Pet Sitters, Inc. Caring for my furry friends has blessed me exceedingly. My love, and the love of the ACGS care team, for His creatures, shows in the care that we provide.
