Gary was born and has lived his entire life in Chicago’s western suburbs. H established Invisible Windows in 1983 to offer quality window cleaning services to home owners in DuPage County.

Unique in the industry, Gary’s model is to hire full time, permanent hourly employees. This ensures well trained teams that provide repeatable high quality work, and a level of trust unmatched by others.

A testament to his leadership, there is very little turnover: tenure begins at 15 years and the top foreman has been with Invisible Windows for 26 years.

The company has enjoyed steady and repeatable success for 30 years. Gary is committed to living by the Golden Rule. He interacts and services his customers with the respect and dedication he hopes to receive in the general role of ‘customer.’
