I sold my condo on May 29, 2015. The closing went thru with all the HOA fee paid. Then they withdrawn my HOA fee from my account for July, 2015, and August, 2015. I called and email them few times, finally talked to them about my over drawn HOA fee from my account. At first, they couldn’t find my account, then they use my checking account number to find out I paid extra 2 months HOA fee. They said they will send me a check. It has been over a month. I keep calling them and email them. Never respond. They took my $ 533 and not return it to me. I have never seen a management co. like this. Be aware. If the condo you buy was run by them, better pay them month to month, not auto draw like me. I have to find the way to get my money back. Shame on them.

I have lived in my current property for 17 years, and have found Lang very easy to deal with. Whenever I have submitted a work request it is dealt with in a timely manner. Even when I was getting a new furnace and had some problems with our universal fire alarm system during installation, the Lang Management staff person was extremely helpful in getting the problem resolved.

Probably the worst management company there is. The board members are extremely rude and unhelpful. I remodeled my condo, but the board members decided that I had no right to remodel even though I had all the permits from the city and from the association. The board president thinks that he can change the rules so it is convenient for other board members. Overall it cost me a lot of money and time dealing with this association. Stay away from this association, because it can ruin your life.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I could go on and on about all the problems I’ve had with this«management company» but it isn’t worth my time. Just PLEASE do yourself a favor stay away. The staff there are completely unhelpful.

I have had nothing but problems with the property«management» company. They have shown preferential treatment to units that Board members live in and deny simple work order requests to fix hazardous situations around our property. They have denied even to present a petition to the board that was signed by 46 residents. When I purchased the condo I was not even furnished with the bylaws until after the contract was signed. My best advise would be to stay away. There are plenty of other better options out there that are cheaper, more transparent, and fair.

Serious lack of communication with tenants/residents. Nothing was handled properly until I made several phone calls and complained regarding storage locker assignments, pool passes, etc.

Not a pleasant experience, every question you ask over the phone gets you«I have to talk to the board president» or «that’s homeowners responsibility» way BEFORE you can finish your sentence. Speaking of board president, she shows up at association meetings, takes herself way too serious and acts like she’s running Obama’s election campaign, it gets absurd.
