I chose this apartment somewhat hastily after having to move in with my parents after leaving my abusive ex. The apartments were affordable and a decent size. I was situated in one of the back buildings on the 3rd floor. I didn’t have any major issues, other than the heating/cooling wall unit never worked so I was always freezing and/or hot. The balcony was always covered in algae so it was slippery. Parking was never an issue for me, and I never got harassed for when my boyfriend(now husband) parked overnight. The kitchen was also way too small. It could have used a little less living room and a little more kitchen. Also, the mirrors and windows were situated way too high. I’m pretty short but even my 6′ tall husband had a hard time looking through them. The management could have been a little more professional. When I was moving out, they sent me a letter with the wrong date to confirm that I was leaving. They then proceeded to tell me that since I gave them late notice, I was being charged a full month’s rent. You better believe I got my ass down to that office and made them show me their copy of the letter. They removed the charge but extended my lease by one week. Whatever. It was still better than the apartment I moved into after, that’s for sure.

it was the worst experience I ever had. they never answer the Phone when you call or need them. and when I left I lost my deposit because they want to change the carpet that they installed in 2012(3years ago) it was not in the best shape when I moved in. i will never move back their a gain and will never recommend it.

Recently moved here with my GF and so far so good. Covenient location right off of 88&355 and of course the Lisle metra station is within walking distance if you need to use that. The apartment itself was very clean upon move in, cleanest place I’ve ever moved into. Large bedroom/living room area, kitchen is small but it gets the job done, large storage and bedroom closets, nice patio area with sliding door. Just a few plumbing issues when we moved in but the maintenance department comes by the next day after you put in a request. The leasing manager is very friendly as well! Have not got a chance to use the pool/tennis courts yet but they look well maintained/clean. As far as price goes I would say its fair for what you get. $ 20/month for water is kind of annoying but NBD really. So far our electric bill has been very cheap, which has been nice. Most annoying thing about this place is the 4 huge speed bumps you have to go over every time you leave! Overall I enjoy living here and I love the quiet community. I would highly recommend these apartments to friends and anyone who is looking for a nice cozy apartment for a decent price with a great location!
