Established in 2006.

Qualtier Construction & Design, Inc. (QC&D, Inc.) has been designing and building room additions and custom homes for over 25 years. Our firm is built on the foundation of Sound Design and Structure. I, Frank Qualtier, am a Master Carpenter of over 30 years experience in the field. I am skilled in ALL aspects of residential and commercial construction. My structural knowledge and skills, along with my complete understanding of the entire home (or building) s construction from the ground up, allow me to work on homes that other contractors might have given up on! This gives me a Great edge above the competition.
