DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON. This doctor is a complete quack. I arrived on time for my appointment… the walls were so thin I got to listen to her shooting the sh*t in the next room over while I waited in a dingy room for 30 minutes. I wish I’d walked out in hindsight and I should have.
She prefaced the Botox by saying that I could come in for a «touch up» within two weeks. I’m convinced this is because there is NO WAY she actually injected me with the purchased 20 units. No way. I honestly feel like they use 10 units and cross their fingers you can’t make it back in the time frame given. $$$$$
Okay, so she injects the Botox (in an amateurish way), hands me an ice pack and leaves the room. I’m sitting in the chair getting hot, dizzy and —wake up five minutes later after passing out –with Lisle/Woodridge’s finest paramedics surrounding me. No joke. They called 911 because the quack is insisting up and down that I had a seizure (no history). And then insist I leave on an ambulance. WTF.
STAY AWAY. I’m just waiting for the hospital bill with my «fainted» diagnosis to arrive.

I agree completely with the negative reviews. Waiting room dirty. Exam rooms dirty. I bought a Groupon for Botox. When the «doctor» came in. She said I didn’t need Botox but needed fillers which were much more expensive. When I told her no to just give me the Botox she left the exam room at started seeing other patients! In hindsight it was a blessing to not let this woman inject anything in my face. Do not go here! If I could give zero stars I could. Her rudeness was beyond compare.

Don’t go here it’s a scam! Who really knows what this so called docktor puts into those seringes. Lies through her teeth! Only cares about money not you! She told me totally something different the second time I came and I only came because of the price not because I was super happy with the results for what I get it’s was good enough. I will never come back and you should be very careful when going here!

SPA? um… NO. This place is located in a very old Brown office building on Ogden ave. I arrived at my appointment on time, actually got off work early to be on time. I checked in at the front desk with a receptionist that barely looked up, no smile or any kind of welcome. I then sat in a dirty empty reception area for 30 mins. No music, no magazines just pamphlets and a weight loss display with empty diet pill bottles. A nice lady brought me back to one of the exam rooms where I waited another 20 mins for the dr. I had plenty of time to look around and the room was filthy and completely unsanitary. There were dirty pillows on the exam table, sheets on the floor shoved in between the table and wall, a huge desk and random equipment as if this were a storage room. When the dr finally decided to see me she immediately started talking about how much the medication cost her and what she would be willing to charge me. I wasn’t worried about the cost! This conversation was very unprofessional and very sketchy. Her demeanor was rude and arrogant. Pfft! I couldn’t listen to her speak, I said thank you very much, I will be going somewhere else. This review is actually for zero stars. Do Not go here!
