Established in 2004.

Mastershield was incorporated as Bugeez, Inc in 2004. Currently has 18 Full Time employees, most of who have been with the company since inception, providing pest control service to most of Connecticut. Family owned and operated.

Business Owner

Chas Bogannam Graduated From Umass-​Lowell in 1981 with a bachelors degree in business/​marketing. In 1982 he started Bogey’s Formal Wear in Danbury Connecticut. With special attention to detail and customer service, he grew the operation to 4 locations. In 2004 he purchased Mastershield Pest Control. In 2006, he sold Bogeys in order to dedicate full attention to Mastershield.

Very happily married to his wife Donna, together they have 3 daughters, Jennifer, Jaclyn, and Alexis.
