History

Established in 2014.

Owner Marlen Pelaez RN began her nursing career as an Emergency Room Nurse where she still actively works per diem. In 2013, Marlen began to do home health nursing. During her assessments she began to realize how many of her clients were in need of assistance with their activities of daily living. Some of her clients had nobody to help look after their safety, cook, shop, clean, run errands, or just someone to talk to. She also realized how stressed out caregivers were from the constant day to day demands of taking care of their loved one. Marlen together with her husband, Jesus Pelaez, decided to launch a homemaker and companion service dedicated to help clients that need assistance stay in the comfort of their own homes.

Marlen Pelaez BSN, RN has been working in the emergency room serving patients since she began her nursing career. She began doing home health care nursing about two years ago and realized that her patients were in great need of assistance at home with their activities of daily living. Her and her husband decided to open a non-​medical home care agency to help these clients with activities such as: transportation, housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, while remaining right in the comfort of their own homes.
