Slow. Understaffed. Prescriptions not ready when they say. Lines long. Feels like a ghetto stores. And I’m about to drive BACK because they forgot to put the eye dropper in for the medicine.

This pharmacy is the worst! They don’t pick up dr calls or faxes in a timely manner, are out of many meds(and don’t suggest OTC alternatives when available), totally missed giving me a med that my dr had called in, are not knowledgeable about the drugs and don’t even pretend to keep up or counsel on meds. Horrible!

This is the only CVS located anywhere near where I work. They, like most CVS metro ATL locations have a Chase Bank ATM. Since there is no chase bank anywhere near my office either, I hit this CVS now and then when I need some cash. I usually buy a thing or two while I am there such as distilled water or some kind of snacks to keep at my office. The problem is, even if there is only one person ahead of you at the register, there is going to be a minimum 5 – 10 minute wait. They are so slow and their clientele at this location is always trying to pull something over so every transaction of the person ahead of me always takes forever. I give it a second star just for existing and just for having that Chase ATM. If not for that, it would be a one star. Oh…and for those of you red box fans, they have 2 kiosks at this location as well.
