Forever 21

Horrible customer service! So disappointed!
I came in while in the area, saw they had a BOGO offer on shoes. Picked my size, got home and saw they ran small. Came into the store for an exchange or at least a store credit for future use and was refused because they were «final sale». I explained that I was only informed of the 30 day store credit or exchange policy but was never told that the shoes were final sale, and nowhere in the store did it advertise this. I told the employee that I just needed to exchange the shoes for a size bigger, same color, same style, but she just kept repeating that it was a final sale and completely refused to help.

DON’T LET THE NAME DETER YOU, BUT BE AWARE OF RETURN POLICIES!
I wandered into this store because they just tend to have lots of stuff and I love the hunt! I was actually looking for a poncho and was surprised when I found exactly what I was looking for and it fit nicely. I was surprised to see that the store carries larger sizes for women and also a smaller section for men.
Their accessories department is self-​contained and has mirrors all around so that you are able to try on hats or jewelry right in the area without having to wander around looking for a mirror.
Let me just say this: you will find few high quality items here as most of their items tend to be cheap and trendy. If you stick with the foundation pieces like cotton jeans and shirts, you will probably fare better in terms of quality and longevity of the items.
Anyway, after waiting in line with my purchase, I approach the counter and prepare to purchase my poncho when I am made aware of the return policy: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, JUST EXCHANGES WITHIN A LIMITED PERIOD OF TIME, (21 DAYS)! This is not the store to use for purchasing gifts because you create a major inconvenience for the person who may need to return or exchange.
No deal, I say thank you and walk away. I refuse to patronize stores that have antiquated policies that are not customer friendly!
For this store, I implement my NO RETURN policy… Deuces!

A huge forever 21 with a big parking lot. The place is extremely clean and bright. The only downside to this place is it is very disorganized and theres not a lot of dressing rooms. Since its located next to the mall, this place is often crowded and to find something and actually get a dressing room may be difficult. Cheers!

Much bigger store, they moved from downstairs to upstairs and added a shoe section. Good sales and more selections than on the website.

One of my fave stores. I can always come here and find something cute to wear to go out. The prices are reasonable. They have the cutest tops. I’m more of a premium denim type of girl so i only get shirts from here. Its a bit junky but that’s to be expected of a store with such a high volume of merchandise.

I think the first time I went to a Forever 21 was in New York a few years ago and was marveled on how this store wasn’t available in Georgia. Finally, Georgia has about 3 or 4 locations of this great store, but the StoneCrest Mall location is the absolute best!
Forever 21 can be hit or miss. They have some crappy stuff, and they have things that I get compliments on everytime I wear it out. This place is definitely worth a day trip.

I don’t remember where I shopped before i discovered forever 21. I thought it was like charlotte russe or (gasp) wet seal, but its got surprisingly quality clothes for the price. I prefer this location to the rest of the Atlanta locations because the employees keep it in better order, and its less swarmy (the one at north point is filled with suburban bitches). I don’t live particularly close to any of them, so its an excursion, but it makes a fun afternoon with friends. Be prepared to try on everything because of their stringent return policy.

Forever 21! I wish I could be, but nevertheless I still shop here! This is hands down my favorite store! The prices are what really get you at first and then the clothes are so sexy and cute! This is the location I go to because its the closet to where I live but the one’s in San Antonio are way better! Surprisingly!
Two drawbacks… is if your over a size ⁷⁄₈ then don’t bother because some of their pants I’m in a large and I’m a size 3. But I’m also black so you know what that means… I have a huge rump shaker.
Second their return policy is not the best. You can only return for a store credit. Then you only have «21» days to return the item for an exchange.
But like I said if your looking for something hot for a date or a night out and you don’t want to spend that much this is def. the place to go
