To start off, I am fairly new and have so many other reviews that I’ve put off because the service was either great or mediocre. This company right here? THE worst customer service ever and I could not wait. The crazy thing is it only lasted a phone call. Heres a brief debrief: I needed towing services today for my car and triple AAA sent my inquiry to them but did not let me know how much the cost would be(although I am a plus member and receive free towing but that’s a different story). So because I couldn’t find out the cost through them they directed me to call V&S to receive charges and such. I call and from the initial hello, the answerer made it clear he was not listening to me nor really wanted to help me through this small issue. I thought my question was fairly straight to the point, «How much are the services» and he continuously said. «I’m sorry ma’am i wasn’t listening repeat yourself», or «Are you a basic member why would they tell you to call us” or «You can’t call them back?» or «ma’am just tell me the year and make of your vehicle because i don’t know why you’re on the line.» After about 3 minutes of being spoken to as if I was speaking a different language, I asked for someone else and he refused so i directed him to delete my order/inquiry. I just can’t be bothered.
