We work with podiatrists, plastic surgeons, and other medical professionals in North America and around the world to help them not just survive working in medicine, but to thrive and achieve their difficult – even seemingly «impossible” – goals through multiple areas of marketing, including internet marketing and database services.

History

Established in 2007.

Top Practices was founded in 2007 by Rem and Diane Jackson. Rem worked closely with the American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management (AAPPM) and saw doctors, particularly podiatrists, being drastically underserved in their own marketing. Within the industry there was both a poor understanding about how to market effectively and limited resources to be able to do so. His experiences with the AAPPM helped him create professional development programs and a unique, medical-​specific approach to marketing a practice. The company Top Practices grew out of these efforts.

Since then, Top Practices has grown to become the leading experts in marketing a podiatry practice. We have also expanded to work with plastic surgeons and other medical professionals, providing them with coaching and marketing expertise. We enable members around the globe to build up their practices and manage them well with our innovative – and successful – marketing and management programs.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Rem Jackson has spent nearly two decades coaching and guiding professionals and business leaders. He has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management, not only in the health care industry, but also in education. As a result, he has served as the keynote speaker at more than 45 state and national-​level professional conferences, as well as appeared on television programs in the United States, Singapore, and New Zealand. Before he founded Top Practices, he led the team that created Classroom Connect, developing web-​based training and custom professional development programs that have been seen and experienced by educators, business people, and government leaders across North America and Asia.
