You know the rule of three strikes and you’re out? Yeah well that’s how I feel about this location unfortunately. Bad experiences multiple times. Was given the wrong food, the manager even looked in my bag like he checked it before he handed it to me, but it was still wrong. Got home to see I did not get my much anticipated Halloween burger, but a regular junior Whopper with a receipt that was not mine. Taking some deep breaths, I drove all the way back to explain what happened. The employees looked confused and finally I was given the correct order, with only a quick insincere apology. Next time I go they gave my fiancé the wrong burger, with no napkins in the bag, a single dipping sauce, and informed us they were out of Sprite. They seem very unorganized, and I’d rather take my chances with plenty of their other competition a step away.

If I eat fast food it’s typically Burger King , but this place is trying to change my mind. The drive thru is ALWAYS, I mean ALWAYS slow slow slow. I’m always asking if they’re killing cows in the back because even with nobody else in line, I’ll wait 10 minutes+ every time even if just getting a drink.

Went there one time and they were making whoppers at 7am gross, and there were some roaches on the floor. Which none of the staff seemed to care about. Gross no thank you.

I stop by this Burger King during food emergencies only. This is not the healthiest food so I eat it sparingly. As for how good it is — I have never bought food here and felt like it was amazing but this is definitely not the worst Burger King I’ve seen either. My only complaint is the drive-thru window is very slow. I have never been inside so I cannot comment on that.

Every time we go to this«BK» they mess up our order. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It’s not like we order 12 different meals. We get a Kids meal, sandwich meal w/fries & a drink. And we don’t go during the«rush hours». We walk up to the counter too, so there is no confusion via the«intercom». I always check the order before we leave and every time it has been wrong! Do we get an apology? NO! They correct the order & that’s it, they act like it’s MY fault!!! Last time, there was a really long black hair in my fries??? And that is the last time we will go to this«BK».
