Quick, friendly and efficient — the technician doing the inspection was persistent in getting the gas cap to finally pass and he also cleaned off the gooey stuff from the old windshield stickers and installed the wiper blades that I had purchased some time ago. They also checked the tire pressure in my wife’s car while we waited. Will definitely be back for the oil changes in the future.

We have taken all our vehicles to Bryant at Kwik Kar for over 3 years and he and his staff is so kind and so fast. Bryant does not try to over assess or overcharge, he just fixes what is actually wrong and he does it with a sincere smile. I especially appreciate how much he and Kelsie care about our family and our needs. They always remember my name.

Dropped in to see if they could change a parking light 5 minutes after they had closed. No problem, light changed with no charge. This is why we have ONLY used Kwik Kar for all of our service needs.

This Kwik Kar is very well run. By the way, the car wash near by has nothing to do with this Auto Repair operation. So, MD and Jess R’s comments are not applicable because that is a separate business. That comment should be removed. Malcom and Erik do an amazing job serving local Little Elm customers for a very fair price.

I have been going to Kwik Kar for years. Their staff is always friendly and honest, their prices are fair, they are a great alternative than going to the dealer. Today I had an usual situation, where I needed to get a two inch metal plug removed from the tank of my air compressor (obviously something not automotive related), I was unable to find the right tools at the local home improvement store and all the local tool repair stores were closed (Sunday). I called Kwik Kar and they said bring it by and they would take a look at it. When I got their, they immediately had two of their guys get to work and in minutes they had the plug removed. Thank you!

This place is a joke. They actually showed me an air filter for a car that they said needed to be changed. Ironically I chanced my filter that morning before heading out to have an oil change.
Unethical business practices, hard up sell… I will never go back. I would rather spend twice as much elsewhere to be take care of, not taken for a ride.
The star is for the free coffee I received while waiting.

This review is for the part of Kwik Kar that has the self serve car wash! The location is excellent and very convenient. The place is pretty large and does offer a lot of options for a fair price.
Here’s the problems on my last three visits: only low pressure works when spraying off the car, the bays reek like dirty diapers, nails, staples, glass, and debris in car wash, garbage over flowing everywhere, no cameras.
I think the problems are being caused by the construction crews around, so be careful, they aren’t picking up their trash!

Man great service it was quick and easy. The fellow working on my car showed me what needed to be done before and after he did the work. Got in my car to leave and they had cleaned the dash, vacuumed the seats and floor mats and cleaned the windows. The store inside was nice and had a nice girl working upfront who struck up conversation with just about everyone. Huge pergola patio seating avail outside too. I’ll be back.

Do Not Use
They recommend an Engine Flush. Do you research before you agree. Honda and GMC specifically recommend against them, and you may void your warranty.

This place is a rip off! They charged me $ 68 for replacing a headlamp ! They did not tell me upfront that it will cost that much. I would not have agreed if I knew. I got the same work done from another place $ 25 few months ago. Please stay away from this place!

We have used Kwik Kar for all of our car repair needs for the last several years now. The service has always been great, but it’s gotten even better since Bryant became manager. I love the fact that they offer loaner cars, even though they aren’t a dealership. Top notch service and prices as well!

If I could give zero stars I would. They refused my service because it was near closing time (The doors were locked 15 minutes before close). So why are your hours listed until 6? Then when I called about it, the manager said I could write a letter, but that they are independently owned. Basically he couldn’t have cared less.

Reliable place to get your oil changed. Be careful of the up selling. They seem to always be telling you your car needs something it probably doesn’t. If you stand your ground they don’t take it personally.

I go into this place and always come out feeling like they are trying to sell me something. They seem to always find something wrong. They have begged me to change my radiator fluid 30 times. I do it myself. They always want to change my air filter too. I do that myself.
So if you go in knowing they are trying to up-​sell you, they do a pretty good job doing inspections and oil changes.

Went there to try a different kwik kar seeing how the last place screwed me over. The service was fast and good, the only down side is that my service engine light stayed on and they did not explain why I am a little afraid they might of done something. Not sure what to think just yet.
