These people are so disgustingly rude. I ordered at 1:30 and food didn’t get here until 4. When I kept calling to ask for updates, they kept saying«it’ll be on the way soon» and didn’t cancel my order as requested. Food was cold and mediocre serving of fries. I have never been so frustrated with GROWNMEN talking to me like I was an idiot? And they overcharged an extra $ 3 for what???

Nothing out of this world. Typical burger spot! Maybe there Mexican food selection have more taste to it. My burger really didn’t have any kind of taste to it like most fast food burger places now in days. Few ppl did come in while there and had burritos so I’m guessing they must be good. Guess I won’t be finding out. Unless working around the area and if feeling up for it. «P.S., Put some adobo and garlic & Italian herbs spice on them things my friends!!!» You’ll definitely, Thank me later! ;)

Munchy’s is my go-to for those late night taco cravings. There’s just something about the non-authentic ground beef that satisfies the hunger and keeps me eating far after I’m full! I’ve tried most of the menu, as I live approximately 6 minutes away, and I’ve never been disappointed. I recommend soft tacos, the cheese steak sub, and the mudslide.

I stopped by this place because it’s not too often I see tacos being advertised outside of a non-Mexican establishment. I had a nostalgic moment from California and decided to check it out. We ordered a soft beef taco, chicken enchilada, and a breakfast burrito. The soft taco reminded us of a homemade taco bell rendition, except the beef wasn’t very flavourful. The chicken enchilada was bland. The breakfast burrito was ok, but I find it hard to ruin breakfast items. I can see why some people like this place, but as for someone who used to live in California and loves the taste of authentic tacos, it just wasn’t for me. I must say their staff was friendly and any place that serves breakfast all day is good in my book.

Customer service is great ! The guys are down to earth an very friendly. First time I had a cheeseburger with curly fries that was awesome. Second time I had tacos that were blah. Definitely giving this place another shot !

Ordered two orders of curly fries– $ 6.21 total… Asked for it in on container, and got this Doesn’t seem like $ 6 worth of fries — TWO servings. Could have gotten more at a diner UPDATE: we called and complained and they gave us more fries to pick up — but not without telling my husband«now you can go have a curly fry party» Rude

I work a town over in Wayne so I found this awesome place with some Unilocal help and decided to come for lunch. They have their own parking lot which is always good, inside is kind of crammed… two tables and single window table seatings… mmmmkay I glanced their verity of a menu and I went with the royal flush sandwich which is a cheese steak with mozz sticks, chicken fingers, fries, bacon with your choice of sauce… or in my creation I had bbq and marinara sauce… also ordered cheese fries with ketchup and washed all that goodness down with a crush grape soda… all in all kind of pricey for what I ordered… paid 16 $ and change for everything, it’s a Rutgers«r u hungry fat sandwich» type… they didn’t stuff it like a r u hungry it’s why my fatass is a bit blah about the experience jk lol. but it is sort of pricey but they do have cheaper items on their list like the tacos and burritos

Last few visits have been a disappointment. Service is slow and poorly managed, the few places to eat inside seem to always be dirty and the help isn’t focused on proper customer service. Wife continues to enjoy their grub, but I’m over it.

Instead of eating from the food court at the mall, my sis wanted me to check out this place called Munchy’s. So off we go. I let her order since she recommended the place. Curly fries came out fast and then there was this humongous Chicken Cheese Steak Sub on our table. We split the sub. I took the first bite and I have to say, it was scrumptious. Hot and toasty… just the way I like it. Excellent amount of meat, lettuce and tomato. We barely finished it! And the curly fries were on point. Staff was friendly and service was quick. For a , they have BIG food.

The BEST fat sandwiches around. Love the cheese steak sandwiches. Fat sandwiches(Dealer’s Choice) are delicious and filling. Their Famous Mudslide(French Fries, Cheese, & Gravy) are the best around! Small place, cheap prices and delicious food — can’t go wrong.

This place is pretty close to my job, so when we first found out they delivered, we were ecstatic to try a new place. We tried their burgers, their hot dogs. I personally tried their taco, enchiladas, onion rings, cheese steak and cheeseburger, and we have all felt that this was not even close to what it could be. That, as well as their 1 – 2 hour delivery time is freaking ridiculous. Rarely did the food come hot and the tacos not soggy due to being in the car for a long time. The one and only reason I do go back, this is the only reason I debated between a 1 star and a 2 star rating, is to get an order of curly fries. Even that isn’t enough for me to go out of my way. I need to be in the area.

They have the breakfast deal of the century every day until 9 am. 2 eggs on a roll for a dollar. That’s $ 1.00. I pay in quarters. I can eat breakfast here every day of the week for $ 7 dollars. Someone let me know if that can be beat, but I don’t expect it to.

OK… let me start off by saying that this place obviously is not meant to be a Zagat-rated 5 star experience, so I will be rating it on what it is… a taco/burger/sandwich joint. Some things you need to know going in. The staff is young. Tatted up and scruffy. If this isn’t something you can look past, this isn’t the place for you anyway. If you want white linens and glass plates, move along. If you’re looking for grass-fed beef, truffle oil, or lobster bisque, keep driving. If Family Guy or South Park offend you, wait outside for your order(if sports aren’t on the TV, its usually one of these). That being said, the scruffy guys behind the counter are always friendly, and usually have some type of entertaining banter going on. And Family Guy is right up my alley, so on to the food. The burgers are awesome… seared crispy on a flat top, juicy, and cooked right. The ‘Mexican’ fare is more Tex-Mex, and its GOOD, not great. The tacos are the type you would make at home… crunchy shell, seasoned ground beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sauce. The burritos seem kind of lame at first, just a flour tortilla stuffed with taco meat or shredded chicken, cheese, and sauce. That’s it. And they melt the cheese in the microwave. Sound pretty bad, right? Well, they aren’t! I think it has to do with their taco sauce more than anything. I always get the hot, and its one of the best sauces I know if! These guys also make a MEAN breakfast sandwich. One of their Taylor ham, egg, and cheese monsters fills me up until dinner! TIP: never order tacos for delivery, they will be a soggy mess by the time they get to you. Pick them up or eat them there! Their biggest draw, however, is the Dealers Choice menu. Rutgers food truck style fat sandwiches with things like fries, mozzarella sticks, onion rings and such stuffed into rolls with cheese steaks, grilled chicken, burgers… I suggest trying the Acey Duecy(chicken fingers, mozz sticks, fries, gravy). All in all, a fun little roadside place for quick, filling cheap eats.

Ok. So it was late for dinner and I was HUNGRY! So, I driving down rt 23(Pompton Tpk) after a night of very restricted shoe shopping(I was looking for snow boots ONLY). And I thinking about how I’m going home and eating some SuperBowl leftovers(I know, I know. I shouldn’t but I’m not throwing out food… And my stomach is of STEEL!) Then I drive by and see in big neon letters TACO then another one says OPEN. I turned my little car around at the 7 Eleven parking lot and pull into their tiny lot. I was determined to get something else other than tacos(I’m a taco lover and not sure if the neon lights really represent traditional tacos). Lol. But the neon was calling! I looked through the menu. Wanted to get something healthy so I got a Mexican combo. Chicken burrito with 2 beef enchiladas(the only healthy thing I would later find out is the chicken. Lol). The three guys behind the counter were pretty funny and joking around with me and each other. The décor was simple. It was a small place and only had about 2 small tables and high counter overlooking rt 23. It was a nice mix of candy store and restaurant. They had gummy hot dogs and Big Time Chew bubble gum. And candy bars and 5-hour energies and gum and tic tacs. They also had a nice selection of teas right next to the coffee machine(it was late so it was clean). I drove home after spending about $ 9(I got some gummy hot dogs. Lol). Now on to the food. I sit in my couch and turn the tv on and guess what’s on? Dirty Dancing Havana Nights. Rofl! I figured a Hispanic theme movie for my Hispanic dinner. Lol. I would like to say I was impressed, but I wasn’t. Someone said they were messy. And boy were they ever! There was sauce everywhere and the chicken burrito wasn’t really rolled up. It was more like a big taco, folded over the meat. I want my Mexican things to have fire, heat, color! The only color on my platter was the black beans on top. The beef was more flavorful than the chicken. But it still needed something. It was like it needed color again. I will go back here and try the burgers and their Dealer’s Choice sandwiches. Next time, I should know that neon doesn’t mean anything when it comes to tacos. I’m Giving them 4 stars Cuz they hace a great spot. I’m a hard sell on tacos and I know that so I’m going easy. Havana Nights was nice. Good ending. Lots of hot, dirty dancing.
