True Tree Solutions

We called True Tree for an estimate on corrective pruning of 8 lilac bushes, red stemmed dog woods, and cutting out dead branches on 9 beautiful, mature pine trees that provide a screen between our house and our neighbors. Jason and Josh came out the same day to estimate. We asked lots of questions and started the work within hours of agreeing on the price.
We called them based on a postcard we received for a free estimate and that they had a certified arborist. We hired them based on their quick service and the information they gave about our trees and bushes as well as the options he provided.
I’m a cautious buyer (and especially with tree, siding and roofing contractors — sorry contractors!). Jason is a fast talker (that makes me more cautious), but at the end of the day, I’m happy with the services True Tree Solutions provided. He delivered on his word of same-​day, quality work. The crew worked hard and cleaned up everything before leaving. I appreciate Jason being on the job until the end to ensure everything was done as we discussed. He made sure throughout the process that we were happy with the work.
I would hire them again… likely in the fall to trim our huge willow trees, and plant some new trees.
