This place is the right place you want clinical excellence and a kind, compassionates staff. I admit we waited for 2 hours and went home but it was worth the wait, We went home and waited for them to call me back when they were ready. Its understandable since this practice does procedures that require anesthesia there can be delays. Dr Fagin is a conscious, and compassionate practitioner which is hard to find in this day and age. If you don’t mind waiting I would have no hesitancy to recommend him to my colleagues many of whom are medical practicers.

WARNING!!! Stay away from this low down, no good, dishonest, insincere, condescending, money grubbing health practitioner. He cares more about his golf time, vacations time and his cars than you and especially your health. The long wait time and the disrespect he shows his workers is disgusting. You would think he would treat his patients better… nope…worse. Patients are just a means to supporting his life style. Has no respect for your time.

.Dr. Ronald Fagan’s office and practice is one the best. There are many people who don not understand medical office’s procedure. I am of the opinion that the majority of these reviews are written by younger patients(21 – 35). They have not inquired enough experience relative to going to see a doctor. Being seen in a half hour is amazing considering other medical clinics. There is also many positive components about his(Fagan) office; it is very accommodating and is filled with a safe feeling. Lastly, Dr. Fagan has treated me for several years now, and every ailment that I was treated for has gotten better or dissipated. I do not know how anyone can say anything negative about Dr. Fagan’s staff, not only are they professional and courteous; they are considered friends. This is written by someone has experienced many medical clinics and the like. I travel almost 10 miles to Dr. Fagan’s office, I do this to avoid going to the Hillside Ave. clinic that is very close to me. Going to most clinics these days are like going to prison. The entire staff at these places are rude, inconsiderate and lightly educated.

If it weren’t a 15-minute walk from my house and free(only because I’m on Medicaid), I doubt I’d go to this place. Between the obscenely-long wait times(up to an hour; just for a check-up), unprofessional staff and hurried doctor, this office is a hot mess. The last time I was in for a check-up I had to wait over a half-hour to get seen, and I was the only patient in the waiting room! If you can get a better doctor, do it.

Dishonest, insincere, condescending, money grubbing health practitioner. Beware of his claims, especially if you have a deductible. $ 10,000 claim for a single sick visit. Co-pay visits are not any better because he tries his best to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. On top of an office visit co-pay, he charges an additional under-the-table fee for an in-office blood test and then claims another fee from the lab. Disgusting. The staff display an unfriendly demeanor and have sarcastic attitudes. And don’t get me started on the wait time at his office. I have to wait one hour before I can finally see you? Seriously? It’s quite unfortunate but are 20th century doctors just becoming more greedy and less ethical? His practices are questionable and definitely not worth trying. Save yourself a trip even if you live in the neighborhood!
