My management company hired these folks to replace a subfloor and install new vinyl in a rental house. They did the work at a premium in my opinion but I figured that I would pay it because it will be done correctly. I was wrong! After the tenant moved, my contractor discovered that the toilet was not bolted down and the toilet leaked for 7 months. When they went out to look at it they called me back and defended the work and said I was billed for what was done. Even though it was done incorrectly. Causing me alot of money in the process. I would think twice before using them again.
