Fletcher Property Managment

Betty Fletcher of Fletcher Property Management is my choice for a property manager in the Little Rock area. She knows the best practices and protects her clients interests at all times.
She is well known in the industry and a true professional. I highly recommend her and refer all my business in that area to her.

As a property owner, I have experienced Lies, Deceit, and Theft from Fletcher.
This is about 2 of my homes which in time before Fletcher have been vacant, rented (within a single day each time), vacant, never with any problem at all.
Over 2 months ago, I gave the keys to Fletcher.
During that time she has ran through $ 2,000 of mine, and only rented one house several weeks later when I started to pressure her on it.
When I demanded transparency, some invoices & receipts for the $ 2,000 of «work performed», Fletcher got agitated and terminated our relationship on the spot.
Then it took her 3 more weeks since then with zero Closing out of accounts.
Finally, out of frustration, I flew out to Little Rock myself this weekend, and she produced me with a fat stack of very creative accounting.
Also this weekend, I placed one single ad in the paper and online and got the 2^nd house rented on the first day to very qualified people.

1. Shortly after Fletcher took possession, 1 house lost a window unit AC, and the other house lost a washer & dryer.
No theft, or break-​in or problem has been at either house prior to this, and within mere weeks both houses have been broken in with «Minimal Damage»
2. When the tenant moved into house #1, the backdoor was unlocked, and a homeless person resided in a storage room behind the house.
3. The carpet had NOT been cleaned, nothing in fact, had been cleaned at all.
4. the locks were changed by the tenant, since somebody with a key kept entering the house even after she took residence.
5. When I landed in Little Rock last week, house #2’s backdoor was unlocked, and surely the minimal damage was due to the AC being very carefully unscrewed from the inside.
6. I took paper towels, and every surface was Black with filth,
7. I personally changed the locks on this house, which have not been done by Fletcher either.
8. Each house had appliances removed by people with a key. No window broken, no doors busted in. People with a key.
9. I was charged for things like extensive cleaning, gardening, carpet steam cleaning, lock changes, appliance repairs. — None of which actually happened
10. Another of Fletcher’s tenants, says that when they had issues with dishwasher, they got charged $ 150, and by the accounting I personally received, I bet she also charged the home owners the same amount for fixing.
11. Fletcher did her level best to make me look bad in the eyes of the tenant. She engaged in some very unprofessional conduct.

If I could give less than a one star review, I would. Horrible experience dealing with Fletcher Property Management. These people are scam artists. Stay away!
My wife and I rented a house from Fletcher. We moved to Little Rock from out of state so we did not have a chance to inspect the property before moving in. We were promised that the house was in move in condition and in great shape. Fletcher even sent us a checklist for the condition of the house. Everything was rated in excellent condition. Fletcher assured us that the property was inspected and everything was ready to go!
When we showed up at the house, it was an absolute mess. Completely filthy. Yard was full of trash and debris. Bushes and trees overgrown. The shudders had been removed from the front of the house, the screws and nails were on the ground. The front door jamb was broken with pieces laying everywhere. There was a huge puddle of oil in the driveway. Trash strewn about the yard. The cupboards, sink, and stove were filthy. The bathtub faucet and drain had been removed. There was trash below the bathroom sink. I could go on and on.
We called Fletcher immediately and they threw the blame on the home owner saying, «It is up to the homeowner to clean the property before you move in.» We contacted the homeowners and they said «Fletcher never told us anything was wrong with the house.»
We feel that Fletcher Property never inspected the house as they told us. We were lied to repeatedly. We will never do business with Fletcher Property again. Fletcher Property knows the laws very well, and they know exactly what they can get away with. These people are artists of the scam. When we moved out they wanted us to leave the house in «excellent shape», meaning in way better condition then we found it. They insisted that was what our lease said so that is what we had to do or lose our deposit. Stay very far away!

FletcherPM is the most attentive and caring property manager that I have ever known. She is always looking out for my best interest, and it is always great to see her. I would always recommend them for any owner in the Little Rock area. They are also the only CRMC Management Company in Arkansas. :)
