BEST CHAI TEA LATTE EVER GUYSSSS!!! Love how they did my drink really fast! I was really impressed because I did barely wait at all! I really enjoy everything

Only because I can’t give a half star. It was coffee. Service was extremely poor and slow. Actually felt sorry for staff. Manager just left them to hang. Waited over 15 min for a slice of pumpkin bread and a Danish after I had coffee in hand. To my dismay, got to my destination to deliver what turned out to be a cinnamon something and an egg white sandwich. Overheard the Manager say she was «too busy to hear it» when I called to lodge my complaint.

No drive through and extremely slow service. Been there several times and the staff are arguing with each other. Whoever manages this Starbucks doesn’t really seem to be engaged with the concept of customer service. Same great SB products just a dysfunctional staff

Bigger than most. Limited parking. Close to Hotel
Also comfortable seating if you curl up in leather lounger and do your Facebook thingy.
Service is surprisingly quick
Clean restrooms and music is not so loud you can’t have a conversation

On the way to my cousin wedding I was craving coffee, but noticed this location does not have a drive through. An forget about good parking here. Other than that okay service and the store is bigger than you think.

No drive-​thru and as mentioned, the parking lot sucks it. Felt a bit like Austin Power’s trying to back out of it. Forward, reverse, forward, reverse. Repeat. Jees, Louise! Was it constructed with only Fiats and Smart Cars in mind?
When I’m traveling, I always feel more at home with modern conveniences… Target, a good grocery store, pizza place and Starbucks. Ahhh… Starbucks. They are always a sight for sore eyes no matter how crappy their parking lot is.

My sister in law and I stopped in for coffees for the road. No decaf. Bad service, terrible attitude. Didn’t know how to make a drink.

Been here a couple of times to work remotely and today went this morning to get a big coffee travel pack as they called it that serves a number of people. i had no idea what to call it and basically called it a thing and described it with my hands. The baristas knew exactly what i was talking about which is great. Also dont have salads, etc at this location but I think perhaps LR doesn’t have enough locations.

Okay, I admit it. I don’t normally review chain restaurants or stores, but if something is different than most (good or bad), I’ll say a little something… so here we go.
The big difference? This Starbucks’ size, that’s the first thing you notice when you walk in. From the outside, this store doesn’t appears any larger than most Starbucks. Once inside, there’s lots of window seating via tables, not a bar (Don’t get me wrong, I love the window bars). There’s large den like area which includes a large sofa, couple of comfy chairs and a coffee table (no pun intended).
The staff has always been very friendly and make awesome drinks. They’ve been very helpful making suggests for something different to drink when I can’t make up my mind.
I’ve stopped here on several occasions when traveling in and out of Little Rock. This location happens to be on the West side of Little Rock, several miles from the airport, but I’ve on more than one occasion made my way over here to do a little work or kill a few hours before flying out or after arriving in town and before hitting the road.
And yes, the parking lot is a nightmare and I agree, back into your parking space. You are totally blind gettting out otherwise and people are not looking for you.

Very odd parking lot so be careful and be sure to back into your parking space and do not simply pull in (you’ve been warned). The staff is friendly and very helpful. The drink I ordered was made incorrectly. And to correct it, they made me a new one (the correct one) and didn’t charge me for it. Wow, that was good looking out.

Stopped in here for a mocha and a young gentleman took my order. He was very friendly and made the mocha perfect, he also came out to ask if I needed anything else. He was working alone with about 10 customers in the building.

This Starbucks is tucked away in the chenal/​financial centre parkway transition across from the Embassy hotel. The parking lot is tiny and there are way too many self-​important people wearing scrubs there, but the two baristas (one has long hair and glasses and takes orders and one has really long hair, beard and makes the drinks) are so worth it. They are polite, friendly, FAST and kind. I have braved that damn parking lot many times just to get coffee from them.
