The Salon & Spa at Studio 2121

I have used this salon for 5 years and I have never had a bad experience! I will call at the last minute and ask for «anyone» to cut/​highlight my hair. They all do a fabulous job and I love their products. The ambience is also nice!

I made the mistake of purchasing a Groupon for a facial. I used the Salon’s website to book my appointment– at least, I tried to. The Salon responded with their available time. I responded one minute later and said that’d be great.
That’s where the trouble started. The email (that they provided) bounced back. I sent a followup email, and it also bounced back. I called, no one answered. I sent another email– it bounced back too, but somehow they replied to it anyway and told me that the time they had offered and I had accepted was no longer available.
I asked how that was possible, since I responded one minute after they offered the time. (That email bounced back too). They responded (how are they responding to these emails that all come back to me as undeliverable?!) and said «A simple mixture of human and technological error.»
Even if they could schedule me, I would not be comfortable at such an unprofessional and borderline rude salon. Good luck to anyone who tries. I probably can’t get a refund for my Groupon, either, but I’d rather just eat the $ 40 than go to this place.

I don’t normally Unilocal a business but I feel like I should to protect others from making the same mistake that I did. I looked at the reviews for Ashley and they were good but I have never had such a bad haircut ever. The color was ok but Ashley was into making «big» hair instead a quality hair cut. She put choppy layers throughout my hair. I tried to get her to fix the back but she kept saying «you want your hair flat». I asked her to stack the back but she didn’t know what I was talking about. She thinned the back but I decided that I should just leave well enough alone.

Ashley is amazing!!! I was in town for work and I am so glad I took the chance. the color is amazing and I wish I could make this my local salon. Ashley listened to everything I needed and should be everyone’s first choice!!!

Ashley is SO amazing. The BEST eye lashes I’ve ever had! If you are looking to have the BEST LASHES of your life, either natural or super glam go see ASHLEY! I have received so many compliments! I was also very pleased with my hair color, cut, blowout, and she’s an expert at creating the perfect brow definition. She’s great at everything and is such a sweet person. She made me feel like we’d known each other on my first visit. You will be her number one priority when you’re there. The salon is impressive from the moment you walk in the door. I’d give 10 stars if I could. I love these guys!

Got a facial there today with Heather and it was AMAZING! I have been getting facials from the same girl at another salon for almost 5 years and I’m converted to Heather at 2121. The whole experience was stellar!

I got my hair cut by Emily S. Very good haircut. The salon is kind-​of small but you get that chatty beauty shop vibe. It’s been a miserable struggle finding someone to do my hair in this new town and Emily is finally the person who I can say is who I go to.
