Willow Cleaner

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I’ve been using Willow Cleaner for a few years, and have been really happy with the staff and the service. Last week I brought in my down comforter to be cleaned and when I get it back yesterday, one section had a HUGE rip in it, and all the feathers were gone. When the owner, Gerald, called me back, he immediately told me the rip was there when I brought it in (even though he wasn’t there himself) and that I almost broke his machine with all the feathers. I told him that with a rip of that size, I would have noticed a trail of feathers all over my house and inside my duvet if the rip happened in my house. He refused to acknowledge even a possibility that the rip occurred in his shop, said there is nothing sharp that could have possibly put the rip there, and was so obnoxious and aggressive that I was speechless. I am completely disappointed with his rude behavior, lack of concern for a good customer, and obnoxious attitude. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.

A dependable cleaner that has been serving the Little Silver and Fort Monmouth area for years. Nice staff and unlike many dry cleaners I have used, their place of business is very neat and clean.
