Hi, We’re Ron and Linda Perry. Early in 2012 after building a home in Mesquite and looking for something to do besides just golf. We saw the real need for a professional Polaris dealership that could serve the people of Mesquite and the surrounding areas with the products and service that they need to have fun in the desert. The good folks at Mesquite Extreme Powersports sold us the Polaris dealership rights, so we created a «sister store» to our famous Honda World store in Salt Lake City. Our goal was to make this new Polaris dealership, one that could deliver the same award winning customer service to Utah, Nevada and Arizona customers, that our Honda World dealership has provided to the northern Utah customers for the past 43 years.

Had to take the time go give this place a review… first got to say I was in the market to purchase a Polaris slingshot in Las Vegas where I reside left a deposit for one here keep getting the run around gave a call to Polaris world rob answered from there said don’t worry we will take care of you here… Was absolutely true constant communication kept me well informed and best part blew my local dealership out of the water as to price and deal we made… 90 mile drive was well worth it for the service I got and they kept their word to everything they promised got a helmet they didn’t have in stock they even shipped to my house no problem. and of course they wanted to buy like any other dealership but the different here they wanted me to buy a great price and not get ripped off elsewhere… just want to say thank you guys for the service and price will recommend this place to anybody that wants to purchase and you will be completely satisfied as I am

Wow — Talk about friendly and knowledgeable customer service! I did not buy my 2015 Polaris Ace 570 SP from Polaris World Mesquite, but after talking to Matt Bilanzich (Parts and Accessories Manager) on the phone, I sure wish I had. My local dealer just handed me the key and said «There’s your machine» and pointed to the parking lot. They even knew it was my very first off road vehicle yet no walk around, not orientation, not even a «Thanks for your business». Well that left me with many unanswered questions so I called Polaris World Mesquite and talked to Matt. What a difference! He patently and knowledgeably answered all of my questions in great detail. At no time did he make me feel rushed or that my questions were stupid. I was so impressed that I am driving out of state to have my first service done at Polaris World Mesquite. If I am as impressed with that service as I was talking with Matt, Polaris World Mesquite will sell me my next machine!

I’ve worked with many power sports dealerships and I’m always very apprehensive about the people that tend to work in these places. I usually come into the sales situation with a defensive attitude, ready to do battle. Much to our surprise the folks at Polaris World were very down to earth and straight forward. There was no shady salesmen trying to work us over, instead they answered all our questions, allowed us to test drive the exact RZR we wanted to buy, and when it came time to talk numbers, they gave us a very fair price. We ended up financing the RZR, and their finance manager, Stacey, did a great job in making the process very clear and smooth. We haven’t had to use their service department yet, but we look forward to coming back.

Exceptional people serving you with excellent products! I really like this place. All the staff members were very friendly and knowledgable. Every staff member I talked to was patient and willing to answer questions and give enlightening information. This applies to everyone from sales to finance and prts/​services support. The managers were there to support the customers as well as the staff members. I’m am so glad I bought my Polaris RZR S 900 here. I feel anyone even thinking about purchasing an ATV, UTV or side by side should come here! You will be very well treated!
