It is our goal at 212° Fitness to provide a motivating, non-intimidating, and fun environment where your health and fitness can be transformed no matter what level you are starting at. Our 30 and 45 minute classes are designed to give you the best, most beneficial workout in less time so you can get in, get fit, and get on with your busy lives. Our classes are limited to 5 – 18 (depending on the class) participants so we can provide a personalized experience for our members.

When water rises from 211° to 212° it is transformed into steam. At 212° Fitness, we believe everyone has the ability to go an extra degree making the difference between remaining the same and change.

We are a specialized studio so our hours of operation are based around the class schedule and by appointment. Please call or email us to set up a time to try out a class or come in for a tour. We look forward to meeting you!

History

Established in 2013.

Once known as the Women’s Gym, 212° Fitness is now a co-ed facility specializing in small group fitness classes, personal training, and nutritional coaching. The Women’s Gym appeared on Spike TV’s Gym Rescue in 2013, where it was transformed into the fitness facility we have today, and under new ownership!

Meet the Business Owner

Delisa N.

Business Owner

Delisa is a NASM certified personal trainer & Yoga Fit certified instructor with over 12 years of training experience.

«My fitness career began as a kickboxing/boxing instructor, which eventually turned into a passion for competing and coaching in these sports. I have competed in both Boxing & Mauy Thai, and won the Golden Gloves 2009 Masters division in my weight class.

In 2012, I competed in my first body building competition, where I took 2nd place in my class. I loved the dedication and commitment it took to do a show, so I competed once again in 2013 and took 3rd place in the Northern Colorado Physique competition. It is amazing to watch your body transform with a little hard work, discipline, and a solid nutrition plan. These are the same healthy lifestyle principles I implement into our programs at 212° Fitness. I have always had a trainer/cheerleader in my corner, and that is exactly what I want to be for my clients! We are here to help our clients reach their goals!
