Baseline Painting

After reading the negative reviews we were concerned.
After meeting David and the work progressed we realized we had picked the right company to remodel our kitchen. Our cabinets were stained and refinished. Bead board and wood detailing added to our island resulted in a new look to our kitchen. It looks fantastic. David has a keen eye for detail and his color recommendations turned out to be just amazing.
Baseline exceeded our expectations.

When I call inquiring about cabinet painting — the lady stated «well we only do large jobs» and I replied «my kitchen has 60 drawers and doors» — she then proceeded to schedule an appt for me. The day the appt was to take place the owner called me and wanted to move the time — which did not work with my schedule. He stated he would call me back with a new proposed time. Needless to say he never called back. After reading the other reviews — glad I did not do business with him to begin with.

Wow! I was so surprised to see the other reviews. I honestly had a really good experience. The project manager walked us through the steps, gave us some good suggestions on color and style. The project (painting and glazing my kitchen cabinets as well as my staircase) was done seamlessly and on time. The owner was there everyday to oversee every detail and was in constant contact with us. There were two minor touch-​ups that needed to be done and the followed up to fix them exactly when they said they would. The recommended a granite fabricator and hardwood floor refinisher that saved us hundreds. My neighbor used them as well.

Run. Do not walk. Run like you are being chased by a pack of wolves. These guys broke my fence during the estimate and it didn’t get fixed until several weeks later. The «project manager» was terrible. Was unresponsive, borderline rude when I did talk to him and he ordered the wrong paint which cost the project a day. Management team still hasn’t responded to any of my email or voicemail that I left for either of them. The subs that they used did a great job. The work was done well. My complaint has been the customer experience after I signed the order. Guys… You have to call your customers back. Listen to their grievances and make things right.
Their subs get an A+. The front office and management team gets an F. I will not be a reference for Baseline and if anyone ever asks me about my experience I will relay my experience truthfully.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! Can’t get them to finish the job. We have been waiting 9 weeks for them to deliver a piece of molding for the cabinets they refinished! We call every week and every week they reply someone will call us back and they never do! Next stop BBB complaint!

né of the owners came into our home to discuss what it would take to stain our kitchen cabinets. He measured, talked us through the process and left an estimate. We decided to go for it so began making additional plans for our remodel (new granite, backsplash, under-​cabinet lighting, etc) all to match the new color of the cabinets. After securing our estimate with Nick, we were told ‘Sorry, your kitchen doesnt meet the minimum size’. So now, here we sit high and dry.
Thanks Baseline! Heres a tip, Brian: If you are going to advertise yourself as one of the owners, know your business. You should have told us right off the bat that our kitchen was too small. (which by the way, isnt that small).
