Basnett Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is a family-​owned business. Since establishing the company, Basnett has achieved strong growth & reputation with customers. Basnett believes in being involved in the community and supports local organizations. Rob Basnett owner of the company has been in the plumbing, heating & cooling industry for over 30 years. Rob is licensed in MA, NH and ME. In addition, holds multiple certifications. Rob’s desire to maintain knowledge of the industry has kept him involved in Associations to maintain industry advances. In 2003 – 2005 Rob maintained a position as President of the local Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling Contractors Association. In 2008 — 2009 Rob was President of the Massachusetts PHCC. Rob received Contractor of The Year award in 2009. He believes in quality and customer service. As a result, he expects to maintain Basnett Plumbing and his staff as the number one provider of products and services in the industry.
