This has got to be the worst bank ever. First off, when I paid off my loan, I no longer got free checking — despite the fact that I have a savings account and two credit cards there and have been banking there since the last millennium.
Then, the last few times I have been in, I am told that they are cutting down on their service and will only have 2 tellers, so expect long waits if you come in to the bank. Instead I should do their job myself and do my own deposits online, with my phone, with the ATM. .. And the lady was smiling the whole time she was telling me that they are cutting down their services as if this were a good thing.
The message was very very clear — WE DO NOT WANT OUR CUSTOMERS TO COME IN TO THE BANK. AND IF YOU DO COME IN, WE WON’T TAKE CARE OF YOU IN A TIMELY FASHION.

I have my bank account with Chase since it was called Littleton National Bank. They are always attentive to my needs. Recently I had to get a loan from them. They were very helpful in getting it for me — plus they upgraded my bank account. Kim and Cassie are always good to me.

I hate banks in general, but this is a pretty good one. I love the tellers here because they are always so upbeat and cheerful. The manager, too; she’s very interested in how your day is going and if you like the service at her branch. They go the extra mile here to make sure you don’t wait very long to get your banking done. I’m usually in and out in ten minutes or less.
I do not like the ATM though. It’s a pain to use, takes forever, asks you to retype your PIN a thousand times, and makes embarrassingly loud noises. The key pad is not covered, so you have to get your body right up to the machine to try and conceal your PIN from the person standing behind you. Bleh. That’s why I always go in and talk to the tellers.

Outstanding people skills and customer service. I have been into this branch several times over the last several months. From the moment I walk in, everyone that works there is extremely attentive, nice, and helpful. Specifically, I was notified that I was able to upgrade my checking account. I went and Jordan and Kim helped me. Both were nice, quick and efficient, and very knowledgeable. Both managers have helped me as well, and they are outstanding. It’s actually a pleasure to visit this branch.

The bank seemed great as it switched over from wamu. Everyone giving me a card – call if you need anything. Then, when I had an overdraft issue and my son was sick– crickets. Over $ 400 in overdraft fees. Still awaiting resolution. Despite staying with them because they assured me the way they handled overdraft would change once they became chase. We all shine on. Right. They shined me.
