This location used to be great and recently they went though a reorganization and brought in new management transferred some staff and it now reflect in their quality. We stopped in last night ordered our food, about 10 min after ordering our waitress informed us that they were out of broccoli so we switched to asparagus after about 2 more min they informed us that they were out of asparagus, my wife’s salad came out on a hot plate, my ribs were ordered without sauce came out dripping with sauce, my in-laws salmon came out in an unusually small portion. The manager apologized profusely and comped us our meal. Although the food was bad our waitress was extremely attentive. The drinks were tasty also. P. S. Chili’s you took away some really great items from you menu.

Absolutely the WORST food! Our server was great, she did everything right! The manger should learn some customer service skills from her! I will never step foot in this restaurant or any other chili’s again!!! The prices have gone up, and the quality of food in beyond gross… McDonald’s has better food and service then this dump!

Chilis are normally good. But this location was lacking. Was quickly seated and drinks brought out. Took over 10 minutes of waiting, and had to call the waitress over, to order food. Took 28 minutes for the food to reach the table, timed, since being ordered. Drinks were refilled promptly, but was never asked how our food was. I ordered the fajitas, which did come out sizzling. But, the steak was 3inch by 3inch worth of tiny strips, and the 3 tiny tortillas were cold and tough, which flaked off. Not being able to fit all the fixings between 3 tortillas, I had to wait a while to ask for more. These were hot and soft, like they should be. Overall, a decent dining experience, but with many downfalls.

What the heck happened to Chili’s awesome fajitas??? I had chicken fajitas last night, what a huge disappointment. Not only was there barely any chicken or peppers,(almost entirely onions) but the chicken looked pale with little to no grill marks. There was also no flavor. On top of that the guacamole on the plate looked old and the shredded cheese was clearly from a bag of cheap shreds coated in a powdery substance. I can’t have flour so I asked for corn tortillas. They sent out cold, old, plastic textured corn tortillas. Sooooo nasty! One star for very nice servers but what the hell happened to your food???

We live in the neighborhood. Gave this place several tries. The service is ALWAYS terrible, almost nonexistent. Will never go back.

Always have a bad time at chilis. Food is ok, but service was bad. Under ten people in the restaurant and it took over 45 min for food. It wasn’t the kitchens fault but our server’s. Food was cold. Server forgot about us when she only had another table to attend to.

We like Chilis itself but this location always has bad service and takes forever for food. We keep going back because it’s so close but we would rather eat at Texas Roadhouse across the street

When my family and I go out for dinner we choose Chili“s, My Dad and I get chicken tenders. My Dad and I loves the delicious honey barbecue sauce is really good and delicious. The chicken tenders they are hot and long, they are also fried. The Chicken tenders are crispy when they’re fried and they taste so good. Those are my opinions of chicken tenders at Chili’s.

Horrible service. no one here knows what customer service is or how to provide it. We walked in and were told we would have to wait even though there were many empty tables available. The kid at the front mumbled so badly I had to ask him to reapeat himself over and over again. After we sat and waited for apparently no reason he sat us at the one of the many empty tables I mentioned before. We then had a server who also mumbled and seemed to lack any desire to be working with people. He seemed rushed to take our order even through we were not ready and then completely disappeared. The overwhelming theme of this restaurant was«Go away. You’re bothering us». I will not be back to this chilis again.

Terrible service. I went in to have lunch with my daughter and I literally sat there waiting for someone to help me for over 15 minutes. Their Chilis to go service is a lot friendlier and faster. Never sitting down again!

The Southern Pairing where you pick three items for less than $ 10 is a super deal. The 2 for $ 20 includes an appetizer too. Hard to beat if you are on a budget. I give the food three big stars, and the price makes my review a good four stars!

Same old chili’s. Good happy hour specials like free chips and salsa!
