History

Established in 1989.

More than 20 years ago, I started making cloaks because I wanted to provide a way for people to keep warm at outdoor events. Many of those original cloaks are still in use today. With our cloaks, clients connected to history with a style that could also take them into the future. They represent the idea that Great Style is Timeless. Clothes don’t need to be disposable — they can be made to last.

Meet the Business Owner

Dina F.

Business Owner

I am a self taught designer and seamstress who began embroidering at age

four. I am a member of the Costume Society of America, and the International Costumers Guild. I firmly believe that great style is timeless. Clothes don’t need to be disposable — they can be made to last.

There are days when I feel like a fabric matchmaker; one lonely piece of

fabric looking for its complementary mate… and then, Inspired by color

and texture, I delight in the drama of the romance that ensues. And through

the magic of manipulating color, texture and design, a dress, a skirt, a

shirt emerges.
