Dr Jim’s RV Service

We used Dr Jim to go inspect an RV we were going to purchase. Dr Jim was efficient, he even went to do the inspection on a Sunday and gave us an instantaneous report the same day. We were very pleased. Friendly and efficient person.

Scheduled an appt for 1:30 on a Friday 3 weeks in advance. Dr Jim’s called me 3 days before and rescheduled for 4:30 on the same Friday. Day of appt I called Dr Jim at 3:30 to confirm and left my phone # twice even though I knew they had my number because they had already rescheduled.
Come 4:45 on Friday I am at my storage lot with the camper and Dr Jim is a no show.
I call him again and he answers. I ask him if he is coming. I could hear his kids in the background as he claims his wife left me a voice mail to reschedule. I did not get a voicemail. Dr Jim claims his wife wrote my number down wrong… but his wife had called me once already to change the appt the first time.
Pretty sad experience to see someone blaming their spouse when they obviously blew me off cause they did not want to work on Friday afternoon.
