His service has saved my sanity! Laundry has always been the worst ‘chore’ that I do around the house — with being a mother of 2 toddler boys and a very busy working husband… You can imagine the amount of clothing we go thru on a weekly basis! Our clothes came back the next day after pick-​up in perfect condition! Everything was so soft, clean and ready to be put away. We will customers from here on out! Thank you!!!

Holy cow, what a god-​send Fluff & Fold is. The previous laundry service was horrible and we needed to find some place new. Based on the 5-​star rating, F&F was at the top of my list. From the very first phone call with Brad, I felt great about using them. Brad has been very helpful in dealing with the «cluster» that was our previous service and getting us going with F&F. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Brad is the man! He’s not only very accommodating he’s also very professional.
Staying in a hotel there is a way to do your laundry but I’m not a fan of staying in a small room with no windows.
So searching for a service that offers wash and fold service plus dry cleaning and pick up is quite daunting and worrisome. There is none! Really! You will find a few but they only cater to big business like hotels. They will also charge you an arm and a leg plus your entire life savings perhaps.
Not Brad. His service per pound is reasonable. He’s always available by phone. He will deliver your laundry washed and folded in a shrink wrapped package.

AWESOME! I gave up on trying to get ahead of the laundry piled everywhere in our laundry room, it just wasn’t happening. I found this service online and figured I’d give them a try. I was a little concerned the cost would be high — I had 3 huge canvas laundry bags plus about 8 garbage bags worth of clothes, blankets, sheets, etc. You can see the problem. But to get it all done, I was willing to spend some $$. When the laundry was returned the next day, it was like a little slice of heaven had been delivered. Everything was so neatly folded it didn’t even need to be ironed. My 11 bags of laundry was reduced to about 5 bags of neatly folded stuff. The cost was unbelievably reasonable plus I got a first time customer discount. I’m sold on this service and have signed up for a weekly pickup. But you don’t need to sign up weekly, you can use them one time, or just call whenever you need them. Really a great thing!

These Guys are fantastic. I use these guys regularly, and thank God every time my blue bag arrives back at my doorstep fresh, clean and folded.
They do a brilliant job and I’m always very happy with everything they do. Friendly people too, which always makes working with them enjoyable and pleasant. Definitely would recommend.

I am one of the owners and I have tried to track down Daniella D. about her experience. I fully admit that we are not perfect and that mistakes can and do happen. I have looked on our billing system, but did not see a Daniella D. as a past customer. I will do everything I can to resolve any issues or answer any questions as they are brought to my attention. I went to them twice, and will never go back. They lost seven, SEVEN!!! pieces of clothing. Then half of that did make it back to me was shrunk. They refused to do anything about it, and I have had to throw away fifteen pieces of clothing because they shrunk it so horribly. I’ve been trying to rebuild my wardrobe which is so costly. And again, they have done nothing about the clothes they lost or ruined.

I’ve told my husband this is the gift that keeps on giving! All I want for Christmas (plus Bday, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day & Anniversary) is help with laundry! Fluff & Fold does a great job, Carl is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet and we love this business!

This service is every woman’s (that doesn’t like to do laundry like me) dream! I just used them for the first time and it exceeded my expectations. I left two giant bags of laundry on my front porch, they picked them up and returned them washed and folded in perfect plastic wrapped bundles! I will definitely be using this service often.

Just moved here and dont have a w/​d. These guys are great. They do a great job and they are SUPER fast! My room mate and I are contemplating not even buying a w/​d and just using them. And they fold all your laundry! Use them. All your friends will be jealous.

This is the greatest idea. I’m in the middle of packing and the last thing I want to do is laundry. So I received a card in the mail offering the first 20 lbs free. Within an hour it was all picked up and taken away. Today I received my laundry back, nicely wrapped up and clean. I have already scheduled my pickup for next week. The driver, who is actually the dad of the owner, and helping out is very nice. I think this is a great idea and wish them well.
