Hampton Inn and Suites

Clean hotel, spacious rooms. The desk was not the right height to work for another 6 hours… and I couldn’t get the wifi to login but I carry a hotspot anyway. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful. I guess I hit it at rush hour as there were no tables available so I sat on the sofa. The front staff could have a been a little friendlier. When I checked in, I didn’t think much of it since I am sure they were coming off a long day as well. However, the 2 gals in the morning we not very welcoming either.

I had a wonderful experience here! The room was clean & comfortable and I could see both the mountains and the skyline of Denver from my window. The guys who were working in the evening had excellent customer service, extremely helpful and genuinely cared that I had a good experience. The ladies who worked the front desk during the day were a bit aloof, seeming like they didn’t want to be bothered, but still pleasant. The ladies who cleaned the rooms were absolute darlings, so cheerful and polite! The hotel is very easily accessible too with location near the freeway. Overall I will definitely stay here again.

This place was great. I had to travel for work on the spur of the moment and they offered a free shuttle to my workplace; everyone was friendly and helpful. The room seemed large and clean. No complaints.

Super nice staff during arrival & departure. We thought is was very kind of them to have assembled a «bagged breakfast» for us since we were checked out at 6a, before the hot breakfast service began. Rooms on the 4^th floor were large, and well-​appointed. And, the location of the hotel was very convenient to the new Farm House at Breckenridge Brewery. The only real downside of the Hampton visit was the significant noise from other guests in the hallways and nearby rooms. We’d probably come again… and make sure to bring our earplugs.

Quiet but room smelled super smokey and sink had huge crack in it. Really least impressive Hampton inn of what usually is a safe bet. If you are sensitive to cleaning chemical and smoke smells, I would avoid. Disappointing. Good location and staff was solid.

Really wanted to give this place a higher rating but ultimately had to settle for a 3 star, average/​OK due to things I will elaborate on below in the cons section.
Pros:
–quick access off the freeway
–friendly front desk
–newer/​updated lobby/​breakfast area
–one of the better gyms I’ve seen in a Hampton (free weights, a machine, 2 bikes, 3 treadmills and 2 ellipticals)
–got a nice upgrade to a suite with a nice view and a balcony, good layout of the room
Cons:
–rolling chair at the desk was missing a wheel (they brought me a replacement wheel so it would stop wobbing/​tipping over)
–chair was dirty and stained and clearly never been wiped down
–fridge was never inspected; was on the highest setting and had a half eaten ice cream bar in the freezer compartment
–breakfast offerings were very so-​so; didn’t have regular coffee when I went down around 8:30am, only apples available and the canned fruit options looked mushy and unappetizing
All in all, more than acceptable, but it could’ve easily have been 4 star if a few more details (chair, fridge) had been attended to.

Had the best stay at Hampton Suites! The staff was friendly and went above and beyond throughout our stay. We were able to take advantage of the pool with the kids. Breakfast was very good as well.

The room (suite) is excellent.
— Great work space, nice bathroom, good looking sink, big TV.
— The comforter could be better (invest in a nice down like most like-​priced hotels)
— The kitchen is practical.
— Nice view of the Denver skyline from my room.
— Internet is fast and free

— Scrambled eggs, bagels, oatmeal, sausage, potatoes, fresh waffles, etc!
The employees however, perhaps something was missed in training? I checked in at 8pm and no one was at the front desk, the front desk worker was eating a pizza in the lobby. When I asked for help bringing my bags to the room (it was not offered) he said there was no one to do that. (He redeemed this by helping me and moved me last second to a room I preferred more than the initial one he brought me to). But he lacked training.
Then when I tried to call the front desk this morning no one answered. I tried again and let it ring for 3 full min and still no pick up. Does anyone work at this hotel? Very confusing to me.

Came in about 3am and the person checking us in was telling us about conspiracy theories involving the government controlling the weather (seriously). We called to say we were going to be late but they had no record of that. They were able to get us 2 rooms after some confusion. The next morning we looked online at our bank account and saw that Mr. conspiracy theory had charged us several times, upwards of $ 1,000 for 2 rooms. The rooms were nice and the girl at the front desk took care of the extra charges when we checked out, but checking in was a mess.

Nice place, being new always helps.
Courteous staff, big rooms, modern perks (no old tvs here).
Recommended.

My stay totaled three nights, during which time I was provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay at these newer facilities.
The rooms were quite cozy, and adequately trimmed, and their pool and fitness center was kept rather clean. The breakfast is certainly more than you would expect at a similar hotel, though not quite what is offered at a Double Tree.
Probably the greatest feature of this hotel is NoNo’s Café, the restaurant located right next to the hotel. It has to be some of the best Louisiana Cajun I have experienced. Make sure to visit NoNo’s before your stay is over.
Overall, I felt like they put on their best for the customer, and offered good service and a comfortable stay. I would give my recommendation to anyone needing to stay in the area.

First night of five nights. Very impressed so far. Hotel is new, very clean, welcoming lobby, very polite front desk.
Room is pleasant and perfectly functional, lots of power outlets, clean bathroom with complimentary toiletries.
Internet access is wireless in the room and crazy fast to get on to — hurrah — hate those ethernet wire nonsense things
Yes it’s somewhat isolated but I don’t think that’s the fault of the hotel. We’re here for a workshop just 3 miles away and this was much cheaper than the Marriott Residence Inn.
No bar or restaurant but you can get pizza delivery
There’s a swimming pool that we plan on checking out tomorrow… will update if anything changes.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn — Littleton while traveling on business in the area. I like the Hampton brand in general because of their consistent features and quality. This hotel is relatively new, has clean and comfortable rooms, and offers perks like free continental breakfast and wifi that fancier hotels bilk you for.
On the downside, this hotel is in a bit of an isolated spot. Half the rooms face out toward the highway, where road noise is audible even with closed windows. I was initially given a room on this side of the building and asked to be moved so I could get to sleep.
The price here is a deal compared to nearby hotels with comparable facilities, but you’ll need to decide for yourself what the location is worth.
