I come here all the time the food quality is amazing! They always work hard at customer service and deserve every bit of this five star review. I love the coupons on the receipts and of course, a small $ 2 glass of wine is just perfect!

Let me start out by saying I love Modmarket. It’s one of my favorite restaurants. So why two stars? Well, this restaurant lacks consistency in its food. I’m not talking Viet-to-visit consistency. Every in a single visit, you may have something great and something terrible. Tonight’s visit pushed me to finally review them. Tonight, my wife and I decided to eat here m, because we figured we would give them a fifth chance. Yes, we have tried and tried to love them. We both ordered the same thing: corn and bacon pizza. My wife’s came out first — over cooked, heavily salted, dry, dry, dry. Then mine came out. Oh, wait, no it didn’t. They called me up to the counter and told me that they had messed up my pizza and that they needed to start over. Great on them for at least acknowledging they messed up. 10 minutes later(let me add, the place was NOT crowded. Or even a quarter full), I got my pizza. Perfectly cooked, not over salted, not dry. Huh? The exact same dish on one visit and it’s not the same? How is that even possible? Well, it is, because at this Modmarket that’s the norm. You can order the exact same thing and get completely different meals — one awful, one good. Consistency, as I said before, severely lacks at this location. Let me go back to my previous visit. My wife ordered a cheese pizza. It was really good. I ordered my favorite: the flatiron salad. Umm, yeah, not so great. On the first go, they forgot to add the flatiron steak to the salad. They ran out. They said they would bring it out to me. And they did. It was tougher than beef jerky — truly inedible. I returned the meat portion of the salad and asked them to remake it, which they did. Except on the second attempt — 20 minutes later — the steak was completely raw in the middle. I returned it and told them no thanks to any more. Clearly cooking that evening was difficult for the«chef». So as a summary: go here if you want to roll the dice. You’re not going to know whether your meal is going to be good or not until the very last minute. When they do it right, it’s great. When they mess up, they do it epically. There are plenty of other Modmarkets around town, so if you have the time, I’d encourage you to visit one of the other locations.

3 stars for a good Mod Market experience at this location. Staff was pleasant, atmosphere was nice, food was so so. I very much enjoy Mod Market, especially the one downtown. I was happy to visit this newly opened location before a movie. The restaurant itself is quite gorgeous. Just like other Mods, this one is modern with warm textures and materials. They have a nice separated dining area that would help if the place was packed. There is also large windows to let in a lot of natural light. Outside they have a very nice looking patio, although it does look over the parking lot. On this visit, the restaurant was fairly empty since it was the middle of the afternoon. We walked right up to order. The woman behind the counter was very nice and efficient. The food took a little longer to come out than I was expecting, especially with the low number of people waiting for food. When we did get it though, we eagerly jumped right in. I had the half size of the Bianco Pizza. A white pizza with cherry tomatoes, spinach, and fresh mozzarella. They use fresh ingredients and they had a good covering of each one. The pizza was a little burnt though, and quite honestly was nothing special. I found myself wishing I had gotten something else. One thing I noticed is that none of the entrees come with sides, even the sandwiches. Not a deal breaker, but considering how quickly the prices here add up, I feel like more than a pickle could be on the side. Nothing bad happened on this, but nothing stellar. I will probably return if I’m in the area and will try a different meal.

Good food, quick & polite service, and a neat atmosphere earn this Mod Market a solid 4 stars. While I don’t often eat at Mod Market, I always seem to have a positive experience when I stop in. I like this location because the interior is really cool. They have plenty of 2-top tables, and some larger, interspersed among a couple walls to break it up. The décor is modern and fresh. When you order, you’re given a pager and your cups. You can quickly pick up a drink and chat with your dining companions while you wait for your food. When your food is ready, you exchange your beeper for your tray and voila! It couldn’t be easier. The food itself is pretty good. Sometimes I wish the portions were a little bigger. It always tastes fresh and leaves me satisfied. It’s also a nice touch that they include nutritional info on the receipt. That info is important to some people. As far as fast-dining goes, Mod Market is pretty exceptional.

My wife and I have been going to Modern market for a couple of years now. I love their pesto pizza and the yellow curry split pea soup. My wife is always happy with her meal and we like the fact that they serve Boylan soda as well. If you find your self at Denver international airport, they have a restaurant there on Concourse B right next to the McDonald’s. Same foodcourt but completely different food experience!

Did not enjoy this ModMarket. Value just wasn’t there for the high cost. Friendly staff for sure. The kitchen forgot the dressing on my 10 $ sandwich(which then had zero flavor) and my kids would not eat the Mac and cheese. Had to order a separate kids pizza just so they would eat something. Very disappointed. I was hoping for a lot more.

We are huge fans of the Thai chicken fresh salad here at mod market. The atmosphere here is pretty cool and laid-back for a mall location. Four beers on tap plus wine. We often get the Thai coconut salad to go and found it to be a great dinner. That’s what we did tonight. Service is pretty quick about we waited less than five minutes looking forward to this great meal.

My Mom wanted to have breakfast here. The base of every entrée is eggs, which I have decided to give up for 2016, so I was disappointed that coffee was going to be my breakfast, but then we noticed one item that is vegan based that was(Awesome)! Organic tofu, that I couldn’t even tell wasn’t eggs, because it was so well married to other ingredients like avocado, beans, onions, a giant side of potatoes, and really good toast which can include these really cool single servings of jam from France. They have Kombucha, wine, and local craft beer on tap, but I had the organic coffee, and we decided to sit in front of the giant TV outside in the pavilion area of the mall. When you’re full, and ready to leave you bus your own table, and discard the compost and recycling which is great because you can prove to the world you’re not a fat lazy biznitch that leaves your trash for others.

This place is in the mall. Typical ultra-hipster eatery. The lumberjack-dressed woman who served me acted like it was painful to even be polite. Her attitude was sour, she acted put out just to take my order. The food is decent, not great. They modernized the flavor out of my dish. It was obviously cooked for health and not for flavor. I gave it 2 stars because the seasoned potatoes were very good, and they serve Boylan’s soda in the fountain. The spinach bacon scramble was bland, the toast was exceptionally thin, over-toasted, and served cold. Perhaps their lunches are better? I could be persuaded to return and try it out, but I won’t come back on my own.

Pretty hard to fail at pizza but Mod Market succeeded triumphantly. Base so thin that it instantly took on the texture of soggy cardboard from the watery and insipid tomato sauce. A hint of basil and a dab of mozzarella made for a depressing experience. Not cheap for what it was. They used to say patriotism is the last refuge for the scoundrel but these days it is «organic». The staff had that patronising air that the goes with the promise of organic fare.

Horrible! Horrible meat, horrible service, horrible customer service. Returned my steak because it was barely warm. Was returned to me with a new piece equally as cold. The grade of meat was the quality of left over steak. Horrible meal for the price I paid. Also left me feedback with the establishment. Didn’t receive any response. Not looking for compensation for my meal but a sorry we disappointed you would have at least been nice to show they recognize customer complaints on the quality(or lack there of) of food they are serving. Also had the Brussel Sprouts and a salad. The Brussels were decent at best. Again tasted like left overs. The salad was the best part of the meal. Dine elsewhere for your money!

Modmarket specializes in healthy, high quality, fast casual. I love other locations of Modmarket. This location is not as good as the location at Colorado Mills, but it is improving. The first time I came here, I ordered my favorite salad, the Wintergreen. It was bland. I’ve been here three times, each time the food is getting better. The service has always been friendly and helpful. I’ll keep going in hopes they will continue to improve.

The ModMarket near where I live has a variety of lunch and brunch type of meals. My friend and I both started off with the wintergreen salad with goat cheese which was worth the wait. For the entrée my friend ordered the margharita and pepperoni pizza strips and I had the flank steak sandwich. Both of them were delicious. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because their desserts are kind of bland. But I did do a take-out of corn chowder to take back with me to work. I’ve had it before and it’s very good.

We love ModMarket and are extremely excited to now have one so close to our house. We have already eaten there 4 times since they opened. Everything that we have eaten has been just as good as the other locations. We’ve had the green chicken chili soup, the butternut squash salad, butternut squash soup, the fiesta salad, the bacon corn pizza, the flat iron salad and a steak sandwich. It was all good. I wouldn’t recommend the kids mac & cheese though. Apparently my 3 year old is a connoisseur and he wouldn’t touch it. I tried it and it was a bit blah. I have also been pleased with the service. Employees have gone out of their way to bring us our food before and ask us if they can clear our dishes for us. They were not busy when these things happened but they certainly didn’t have to do that. It was nice.

I was excited to try Modmarket. I ordered the super foods salad, which was not bad, but not great. It looked better than it was. My wife and son had sandwiches, which were also«ok» according to them. My daughter had a different salad and loved it. The atmosphere is pretty good, however the drink machine/area is in a bad place. It is located in the path of staff coming in and out of the back, plus the line of people backed-up past the table we were sitting at. It was like having a line of strangers hovering over you while you eat. Having said that, there were lots of other places to sit, but this was all that remained for our party of 6. Because of the way it is setup, you order at the counter and get a beeper to tell you when your food is ready. You then go find a seat. Then you have to go get a drink. Then back to your seat, while you await your beeper signal. Once it signals your food is ready, you have to go up and get it. There is a nice manager-looking person standing there to take your beeper and help you get your food. You return to your table and finally get to eat. This process is irritating and causes traffic problems along that whole side of the restaurant. There is a constant zig-zag of people in line ordering, going to their tables, picking up their food, getting their drinks, etc. I hope they think about this process and work to improve it.

Welcome addition to Southwest Plaza! My husband and I dropped in for the corn chowder last night and went back today for lunch. There was some hiccup in the kitchen and our order was missed. Once I mentioned that we hadn’t gotten our food, everyone jumped in to make it right. They apologized, comped our meal gave us a cookie. The salads were both delicious. Sometimes, sh*t happens and it is how you make it right that matters. They went above and beyond and earned our continued repeat business. Class act all the way.

Love the gluten free pizza. Its so nice to have crust that isnt hard like a cracker. This is my new go to place for pizza. The additional fee for gluten free is $ 3.50 which seems very high, especially since they make their own crust. The super food salad was very good. Nice high quality ingredients and I loved the selection of drinks free of high fructose corn syrup.

I haven’t been to any other Modmarkets before. But I think they have potential! In mid December, at a mall that’s just been remodeled, they seem to have a few hiccups in their maiden voyage. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. I wasn’t phased much, because they had wine for me to enjoy while I waited. But my husband was frustrated. Stood by the pickup area eagerly awaiting his meal. Poor guy had been Christmas shopping with me, on an empty stomach for almost an HOUR!!! You see the issue there… But then the food arrived. It was cold. My Red Chicken Melt wasn’t melty, and the steak melt wasn’t melty, but the flavor was decent. My husband was upset no one apologized for the wait or the mishap in forgetting our order, but again, Tis the Season, and it was at a mall.
