Awesome customer service! I had a bad experience at a different location and stopped into this store and everyone was SO helpful and friendly and they’ve redeemed their brand name, in my opinion!

Tonight my mother went to this store to buy a printer cartridge and left with quite a story. The employees are incompatible of answering simple questions. The manager Brett accused my mother of being intoxicated in front of the customers when she asked for a piece of paper and pen to write down the name of the employees to file a formal complaint. The whole experience should be illegal to perform on a older respectable woman who did nothing but want to purchase a product from the store.

Didn’t even go, but came out to my car in the general parking lot (I was visiting another store), and found an unwanted solicited card (what I call trash) on my vehicle underneath my wiper. It was from Kenny Dupree at this location, a sales specialist advertising a pc checkup + tune up. No thanks. Please do not initiate sales tactics onto my vehicle.

Much like the Ace Hardware next door to it, this place is big enough to meet basic needs for all your office supplies, but small enough to where the people care to help you. There were a number of people on the floor that helped others, including me, and they were very polite. Their stock was plentiful and they also had a nice selection office furniture. A great place to have in Highlands Ranch.

I popped In while price comparing. The service was great. The floor staff was pleasantnand helpful, but not annoying or obtrusive. I bought somewhere else because their price was somewhat higher than a department store.

I don’t know what happened to Office Max but they seem to have gotten their act together. I’d had a couple poor experiences with them in years past and stopped shopping there. But recently I was forced to go to Office Max since I had an immediate need and they were the only office supply store in the area. Well, wow, the service was great, the selection was great and i walked out of there happy. I returned for something else a few weeks later and again great service and I got exactly what I needed. I have since visited yet again, and once again I was very pleased. So, yay, I’m a fan!
